• Angiosperms are plants that produce flower.
• More than 80% of all plants are angiosperms.

• All monocots and dicots have vascular tissue.
– Vascular Tissue are tubes that carry food and water to different parts of the plants:
– There are two types of vascular tissue1. Phloem – Tubes that carry food from one part of the
plant to the other
2. Xylem – Tubes that carry water from ROOTS to Leaves
