Many of the library’s journal article databases offer an interface tailored for the smaller screens of mobile

devices such as iPhones, Androids, and Blackberries. To find journal articles using a mobile device do the

following:

Connect to www.carlow.edu/library

and select Off Campus Access to Library Services.

Select this option even if you are on the Carlow

campus.

On the next screen enter in your Active Directory

username and password and select Login.

Your Active Directory username and password is

the same username and password you use to

access Blackboard, email and the campus lab

computers.

You will now see a page with links to access the

mobile interface to any EBSCOhost databases*.

*You will see a list of all the available EBSCOhost

databases after you log into the EBSCOhost

mobile interface site.

Mobile Devices and Library Databases Grace Library Research Guide

If you select the EBSCOhost mobile

interface, on the next screen choose

EBSCOhost Mobile.

A list of all the EBSCOhost databases will

appear. Choose the database(s) you wish

to search. Then enter your terms and

search as usual to view articles about that

topic.
