The heat from a wooden hot tub can relax sore muscles and a stiff body from stress. Also helps relaxing, fights depression and

provides more quality time with a family or friends. Not only is it beneficial for your body, but it is a luxurious addition to your home. The handcrafted wooden hot tub is a beautiful feature to your outdoor oasis, and you will not regret slipping into the warm water. The Scandinavian bath is a means of single and exceptional relaxation. Imagine in a fog your body is plunged in a water with close to 40° whereas the outside temperature is below 0°… Whaou, it snows, it is not serious one is well… Assured feelings!

WOODEN HOT TUB vs FIBERGLASS / POLYTROPYLENE HOT TUB Wooden hot tubs models are all natural. Wood is a natural material and it requires maintenance. It tends to expand or shrink due to the amount of moisture. Leakage may be expected during the first days of utilization. Must be fill all the time. Polypropylene and fiberglass models have inner liners that prevent the leakage and requires less maintenance. These models are highly customizable therefore many additional parts such as SPA can be installed upon the request.

HOW LONG DOES THE WATER TAKE TO HEAT UP? This depends on the burner/heater and tub size, as well as the temperature of the water used to fill the tub and the outside weather conditions but typically it takes 1.5 to 4 hours (electric one could take 8-

15 hours). The hot tub with the electric or gas heater is extremely easy to use, which does not require any care while heating the tub!!!) to heat the water to the desired temperature of 38-40C. On a warm day with a light breeze and some gentle agitation of the water they will heat up faster. You can control the temperature by regulating the amount of wood added and the air supply to the heater, no forgetting that there is always the option to add further cold water from the hosepipe

WHAT WOOD LOGS I CAN USE? Only ever use dried, fully seasoned (or kiln-dried) chopped wood logs with a moisture content of less than 20%. Wood which is well seasoned makes a distinctive ‘clack’ rather than a dull ‘thud’ when knocked together. It will also feel much lighter than an unseasoned log. Other indicators of a well-seasoned log include bark peeling away and cracking and splitting around the outside


Nothing is more relaxing than slipping into a hot tub to soak all stresses away or have romantic time with your loved one, or have a little party with your friends

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE THE WATER? If no filters or chemicals are used, the water should be changed at least twice a week, depending on use. Filters and chemical water care help to keep the water in good condition for longer periods of time. HOW CAN I REGULATE THE WATER TEMPERATURE? The water temperature when using a wood-burning heater should be regulated by measuring it with a thermometer and pouring in cold water if needed. DO I NEED PROFESIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR CONNECTING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT? Electric heater, massage pumps, filters and LED lights come with standard the UK type plugs. They are ready to use as soon as they are plugged into electrical sockets. 13kw waterproof sockets are required. DO THE HOT TUBS HAVE WARRANTY? 12 Month warranty. We are Local, and we are providing Exceptional Support – we are available all the time to help customers with any questions or concerns. If you will not be able fix the problem by yourself, we could come and sort it out. HOW MUCH DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION COST? Absolutely free within the UK (except Islands of the UK, we will charge extra for ferry). As hot tub is delivered fully assembled on the back of a flatbed lorry, it is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure the correct and safe unloading of the hot tub using either a fork lift or 3 strong men can lift it and bring in to the place.

HOW MUCH DO THE HOT TUBS COST? Depending on various factors, size, liner, wood, heater, upgrades and accessories. Please have a look bellow. All prices are incl. VAT WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME (PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY)? The lead time always depends on the period of the year. In winter, the lead time is about 1-2 weeks; in summer: 1-4 weeks.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENTS CONDITIONS AND METHODS? We know that it is hard to trust some companies these days, therefore, we ask 50 % of advance payment to start the production. Once your product is finished, we send the detailed

pictures of your order with your order sheet attached. Once you received the pictures, we confirmed delivery day. We accept all major payment methods: Direct bank transfer; Paypal, Paypal Credit, Cash. Please note that there are extra taxes (ca. 2 %) when paying via Paypal. Bank transfers are free of charge. We ask to pay remaining amount the same delivery day by bank transfer or cash after delivery. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF THE PURCHASE? We always advise using our catalogue to design your own model or choose one of existing. Each model has its own additional parts that can be selected beforehand. Once we received your request, we will send you an invoice. You will receive the invoice ONLY by the email. Once the advanced payment is received, the production is started. As soon as the product is finished and verified, the pictures are sent to the customer and delivered by us to the requested address.
