  • GUIDELINESPURPOSE: To showcase teacher and student workNo more than 3 products per student, class or teacherEach student must have a teacher sponsorCopyright permission must be attached to product for EVERYTHING!

  • JUDGED AREASMIDDLE SCHOOL - class, small group, individualHIGH SCHOOL small group, individualTEACHER individual

  • POWERPOINT

    A series of slides using text, graphics, movies, and other objects positioned on individual pages or "slides". Narration and sound are optional. http://mmhshoeffnersscience.wikispaces.com/Pd+7+Water+Quality+PPTs

  • VIDEO / SEQUENTIAL STILL series of still digital images, along with computer graphics, music, narration, and other computer enhancements produced using computer programs such as Photostory or Movie Maker.may not exceed 5 minutes. (Photostory has a music maker built in no need for copyright.

  • LIVE ACTION VIDEO full motion productions such as drama comedies, documentaries, commercials, news shows, talk shows, interviews, instructional presentations have onscreen actors, hosts, narrators, etc captured with a video or digital video camera edited using computer technology such as Movie Maker, Pinnacle, or other. Audio must be used. may not exceed 5 minutes.

  • GRAPHIC DESIGN2-D art products generated with computer technology such as Pixie, Paint, Draw, Print Shop Entries may include posters, brochures, pictures, book jackets, illustrations, etc.

  • COMPUTER ANIMATIONa group of individual graphic images combined to produce an animated product. computer is used to manipulate the objects to create an animation. EX. flipbooks or flash animation. may not exceed 5 minutes. Narration and sound are optional.

  • WEBSITECollection of Web pages, images, videos and other digital media, hosted on the World Wide Web, created for an educational purposewill include links so that it is interactive with the viewer. should have a URL address and be linked to the schools homepage. No social networking sites will be accepted.

  • PODCASTSdigital media files, distributed over the Internet for playback on portable media players and personal computers. Should be posted on the Internet with a URL address and be linked to the schools homepage.
