Team UpdateStatus: We are currently at a sort accuracy percentage of 99.7

Road Blocks: We noticed bags overlapping onto the next tray. We also have seen a large amount of side by side mis-sorts and bags coming from UU5/6.

Plan Implementation:We have added tray extensions or “flights” to every tray. We are also fabricating top divider pieces for each chute to prevent side by side drops. Lastly, we are tracking mis-sorts from UU5/6 and sending to GBI for analysis.

•At the end of FY16, our sort accuracy was 99.77%. We will need to reduce the mis-sorts from UU5/6 and side by side drops to increase our accuracy percentage further.

99.7% Sort Accuracy

•Continue to keep a log of mis-sorts versus the total script volume daily and track mis-sorts to determine root cause.
