1 Minutes of the 4 th SEIAA Meeting held on 2 nd September 2014 at 10:00 AM The 4 th meeting of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) was held under the Chairmanship of Dr. P.K.Mishra at Annexe Circuit House, Ahmedabad. Prof. G.H.Ban, Member of SEIAA and Shri N.K.Patel, Member Secretary of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) attended the meeting. The following agenda items were discussed during the meeting: Agenda -1 The action taken with reference to the pending and refer back cases were dicussed. It was decided to expidite the matter with GPCB for filing a legal case against the violation taken place and carry out site visit of the concerned projects. The two refer back cases will be taken in the next SEAC meeting. The action taken will be again discussed in the next SEIAA meeting. In case of Balaji Wind Park the following decision was taken: The project proponent should submit a certificate from structural engineer stating that the structural stability of the existing structure is capable of bearing the additional load of two floors above the existing 11 floors. Minutes of the 4th   SEIAA Meeting held on 2nd  September 2014 at 10:00 AM 

The 4th meeting of the State Level   Environment  Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) was held under 

the Chairmanship of Dr. P.K.Mishra at Annexe Circuit House, Ahmedabad.   Prof. G.H.Ban, Member of 

SEIAA  and  Shri  N.K.Patel,  Member  Secretary  of  the  State  Level  Environment  Impact  Assessment 

Authority (SEIAA) attended the meeting. 

The following agenda items were discussed during the meeting: 

Agenda -1

The action taken with reference to the pending and refer back cases were dicussed. It was decided to expidite the matter with GPCB for  filing a legal case against the violation taken place  and carry out site visit of the concerned projects. The two refer back cases will be taken in the next SEAC meeting. The action taken will be again discussed in the next SEIAA meeting.  In case of Balaji Wind Park the following decision was taken:

developers. For this purpose the Gujarat Pollution Control Board and Commissioner of Geology and 

Mining (CGM) may  engage specilaized agencies/institutions such as academic institutions for sample 

verification’.

4. GHCL Limited  ‐  It was decided to carry out site visit through GPCB and opinion of SEAC  in this 

regard may be obtained. 

5. Deepak Nitrite –  It was decided  to amend  the Environmental Clearance as per  the  request of 

the project proponent. 

6. Praful A. Shah – It was decided to amend the Environmental Clearance as per the request of the 

project  proponent  only  after  satisfactory  submission  of  the  relavent  documents  as  per  the 

requirement of  the  clause no.  “11.  Transferability of  Environmental Clearance  (EC):” of  EIA
