At the 2015 edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Italian furniture brand Minotti presented its new collection based on a pure and minimalist interpretation of space.The distinctive feature of Minotti 2015 collection is a sophisticated elegance, which finds the perfect balance between contemporary design and modern classicism.Sofas, armchairs, tables: the new collection focuses on the living area. Yang SofaThe Yang sofa by Minotti is one of the innovations shown at the Salone del Mobile Milan 2015 by the Italian company, leader in made in Italy design. The Yang sofa is a creative idea by designer Rodolfo Dordoni, an original seating system with dynamic character that is intended for a young public. The Yang sofa is delineated by soft volumes and by an unconventional game of solids and voids. The distinctive feature of this system are the sophisticated stitching "Cambre" that offer added value to the sofa. Minotti has given great freedom of composition to this collection, allowing to design cozy domestic islands.

The peculiarities of Yang sofa are the "Offset" modules, elements with the backrest offset from the seat, which enhance the versatility of the sofa. The collection of Yang sofa is complete with an ottoman that can be placed in multiple locations, getting original compositions. The ottoman of the Yang collection and Close coffee tables offer a comfortable extension of the seat and an effective support surface. The designer Dordoni has designed the Yang sofa with a base, which has a front section in a simple pewter- coloured aluminum bar, an elegant and essential finish that can interprets different styles. The Yang sofa by Minotti is designed for relaxation, also thanks to the headrest designed to ensure a proper posture.

Seymour SofaThe Seymour sofa is another project of designer Rodolfo Dordoni. The Seymour sofa interprets inviting forms, cozy and sensual shapes own of the femininity, while maintaining a strong formal rigor. The Seymour sofa is a seating system outlined by curved lines that meet the impulses of freedom and originality. The Seymour sofa by Minotti is rich of curved and elegant lines as opposed to the strict geometry of the forms. Minotti realizes the Seymour system complete with seating linear and curved elements enriched with a single cushion, which are associated backs in two heights that allow the creation of linear or angular compositions, meeting different requests. The Seymour sofa can interpret a classic style that one of the most contemporary living area, always maintaining its natural propensity for socializing and sharing. Minotti realizes the Seymour sofa with a base formed by elegant, longitudinally positioned, bronze-painted aluminium bars which give the volume and lightness to the structure, lifting it off the ground. Lounge Seymour SofaThe Lounge Seymour sofa was projected to furnish hospitality settings enriched with inviting forms, encouraging relax and conviviality. The Lounge Seymour sofa is a seating system outlined by curved lines that meet the impulses of freedom and originality. Leslie ArmchairThe Leslie armchair by Rodolfo Dordoni, is characterized by enveloping and intimate shapes, which offers a strong sense of protection. The perfect proportions and the great fromal elegance make this seat ideal both for home environments that hospitaluty spaces. Minotti realizes the Leslie armchair with the outer shell made in polyurethane foam fully covered in leather, that rests on an elegant solid ash base with open pore moka lacquered finish. The feet of the armchair are made in pewter-color cast aluminium. Minotti enhances the Leslie collection with the high quality of the tailored construction that distinguishes the Italian company, and that is evident in the utter perfection of the leather upholstery that covers the outer and ineer shells. The perfect proportions and the great fromal elegance make this seat ideal both for home environments that hospitaluty spaces. Minotti realizes the Leslie Little Armchairwith the outer shell covere with in soft padding material. The Leslie Little Armchair is available in the "dining" model, produced in three versions: with fixed steel base, with swivel base and with aluminium legs. 

Catlin Dining TableThe Catlin Dining table, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni and produced by Minotti, is characterized by a design deliberately uncomplicated, but available in a wide range of top in different shapes and in an amazing assortment of materials, from the refinement of oak wood to the modern feel of smoked grey glass. In its semplicity, the Catlin Dining Table is the protagonist of the living area, but is able to enhance any kind of environment. 

Aylon Storage UnitThe Aylon storage unit interprets the poetic style of the designer Rodolfo Dordoni, which has revived in a modern key large cabinet-making tradition, typical of the Brianza. The Aylon storage unit is a new project realized by Minotti, a leader in made in Italy, shown at the Salone del Mobile Milan 2015. The Aylon storage unit collection is characterized by a refined processing that accompanies the taste for sophisticated and elegant details, like the doors created through the use of turned strips of solid oak, with open pore moka color lacquer finish, set into an elegant metal frame with a matt pewter color finish. Minotti expresses the attention to detail their Italian company, which in this model is manifested in the hinges made of exclusive design by Minotti Studio. Minotti completes the collection of Aylon storage unit with two horizontal and one vertical cupboard and a living storage unit. The base of the Aylon storage unit consists of sophiisticated metal blades with glossy pewter color finish.
