As we are faced with uncertainty, and our current environment seems unstable, we must remain confident, knowing our God is truly able

With social distancing from coworkers, family and friends, we pray constantly, needing and wanting this pandemic to quickly end

Looking back, we see busy schedules often kept our attention, and misplaced priorities too many to mention

Family time was limited; we had little time to spare, as we forgot to show our loved ones how much we cared

Now we are missing interactions with those we love so much, longing to share one human touch

Sheltering in place, isolated and quarantined, in this dreadful deadly epidemic known as COVID-19

Shopping for essentials like never before, watching a down stock market that had previously soared

Face masks, gloves and other protection, in high demand; do not fret, God still holds the master plan

Schools are closed; businesses and outdoor activities all on hold; but God’s true church will never fold

Daily briefings from officials, too many to bear; regardless of the message, take it all to God in prayer

Grateful for essential workers’ assistance and sacrifice; their selfless efforts have helped to maintain life

We must not give up, though deaths increase every day, but constantly remember to kneel and pray

God is the strong tower with all power in His hands to control this pandemic that is crippling our land

This pandemic has brought us all immense sorrow, dampening our dreams and hopes for a bright tomorrow

Still our God reigns; His assurance never waivers; He is an Amazing Protector and a Wonderful Savior

Let’s brace ourselves knowing this may yet get worse; let’s help those in need and continue to keep God first

Patience is a special virtue that many aspire to possess; this pandemic is not forever; it’s simply a test

Sometimes disaster happens so we can pause and see the many blessings God has given to you and me

As we navigate this period of sadness and gloom, we cannot give up, for total restoration is coming soon

God moves mountains and controls stormy seas; He rules over the world and created human life to be

Yield not to your feelings, for they can be wrong; remain steadfast, unshakable, determined and strong

When this storm is over and normalcy returns, let’s not forget this journey, and all the lessons learned

No matter how long a cure may take, stand firmly on God’s unwavering mercy and God’s endless grace

Love, peace and family devotion: these are needed to direct our nation back to a highly positive motion

Like countless events before, this crisis will not last; it will dwindle, subside and, eventually, Yes…

    This Too Shall Pass!
