Tina Haskim A certifi ed personal trainer and Yoga 200 YT Instructor, Tina has been in the health and fi tness industry for over 15 years. She teaches Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Spin, HIIT, Tabata, Circuit Training, and all types of fi tness classes to tone the body and burn calories.

Megha (Sonjia Gri� iths) Under the guidance of yogi Amrit Desai, Megha is a certifi ed level I & level II Amrit

yoga teacher and Amrit method Yoga Nidra facilitator. Megha is a level II Reiki

practitioner. Reiki is the ancient Japanese art of channeling universal energy for

healing and balancing.

Oran CarbyOran is a qualifi ed personal trainer and fi tness instructor, certifi ed by the International Fitness Association (IFA). He is the full-time fi tness professional at Jewel Paradise Cove Beach & Spa Resort and has a deep passion for all things related to health and wellness.

Karla Horton Karla is 200 RYT Registered with Yoga Alliance, a Level 2 Paddlefi t Coach, and Reiki Level 1 Practitioner. She currently teaches both introductory and advanced level paddle boarding techniques, SUP yoga and SUP boot camp classes in open water. Additionally, she is a RYT 200 Yogafi t instructor, teaching yoga classes (Hatha Vinya-sa) which off er a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any fi tness level.
