AIRPORT
Milas-Bodrum International Airport (BJV) serves to Bodrum and its vicinity, which is one of the most popular tourism destinations in Turkey. Bodrum welcomes many foreign visitors especially from countries like UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Germany.
Due to its close location to the city center and the bays nearby, BJV is a preferred airport for vacationers. The airport has been serving commercial flights since 1997 and has become a major gateway to the region since then.
Operator of 15 airports worldwide, TAV Airports assists the airlines and tour operators to grow their business in BJV, through its regional experience and know-how.
BODRUM’S BACKGROUND
The town of Bodrum and its bays nearby offer a great destination in the Mediterranean with a year-long sunshine, luxurious holiday resorts, traditional boutique concept hotels, beaches, marinas, local culture and astounding hospitality. The Bodrum Peninsula and surrounding area currently have 66 Blue Flag beaches.
Apart from the gorgeous beaches, Bodrum also offers plenty of fish restaurants, historical places and a lively nightlife. Bodrum also became a significant destination for its moisture-free and refreshing windy air which makes sailing a very popular activity around the whole peninsula.

Milas-Bodrum International Airport (BJV) traffic reached 4.1 million passengers in 2018, of which 1.5 million were international.
EasyJet, Sun Express, Jet2.com, Corendon Airlines, Thomas Cook Airlines, Onur Air, Enter Air, Azur Air, Thomson Airways and Ukraine International Airlines are some of the major airlines operating to BJV from numerous European and CIS destinations.
In addition, Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Onur Air, Atlasglobal and Anadolujet connect BJV to Istanbul and Ankara (ESB) with frequent domestic flights.

BJV OFFERS A SMOOTH AIRPORT EXPERIENCE Milas-Bodrum International Airport (BJV) offers a comfortable travel experience to passengers. Various options of restaurants offering different flavors of world cuisines, cafes, numerous stores, duty free shops and passenger lounges are at passengers’ disposal.
BJV is consisted of 2 passenger terminals. Domestic terminal has an area of 16,500m2 whereas international terminal is 95,700m2. Airport has sufficient capacity to handle the increasing travel demand to Bodrum.
