Electronic appliances warranty InvoiceIntroductionThis add-on facilitates electronic appliance vendors to maintain serial number and warranty details of an item in sales invoice.

Setup Guide1. Activate the Add-onFor Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.2

Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting FeaturesSet “Yes” to the options “Enable Electronic appliances warranty invoice Format”

For Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.2 and above

Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on FeaturesSet “Yes” to the options “Enable Electronic appliances warranty invoice Format”2. Go to Company Features Inventory Features and enable the followings: -

3. Go to Inventory Info. Stock Items Create stock item with following details: -

4. In sales invoice select, Stock item and enter serial number and warranty period: -

5. The details can be seen at voucher level as follows: -

7. The printing is enhanced with warranty details: -

7. For warranty report, go to Statements of Inventory Warranty Report: -

8. Select item name: -

9. The report of warranty with following details: -

10. Press Alt+G to search a particular serial number: -

11. Report is filtered for that particular serial number.
