then click the Insert Picture from File button, which is labeled Picture, in the Illustrations group to display the Insert Picture dialog box

• With your USB flash drive connected to one of the computer’s USB ports, select this drive, Drive E in this case, as the device that contains the picture and then click Yin Yang to select the fi le name
