In order to qualify for points, a racer must use a minimum of 1 race from each race track. 25 Bonus points will be awarded to any racer that participates at all 9 events. The awards banquet will be held at the city of which ever race track that accumulates the most points via their racers (points tallied from the winner & runner up) from all 9 events. Points Rules:

• -Racers are automatically entered in the point series for the season • -You must run the same car number in each points race. Car numbers are how we keep

track of • who has earned how many points. If you don't have the same car number you signed up • with, you won't get the points. If you have to change car numbers, for example there • are more than one car at the event with the same number, please see the race director. If • you do not have a permanent number one will be assigned to you. • -Once you have started eliminations with a car, you may not change during that event

How Points are awarded:

• 5 points for tech card purchase and 1st round ready • 5 points for each round win • 10 points for win • 2 points for ET record • 2 points for MPH record • 1 point for each completed pass during qualifying (this point will not be given if the

qualifying session • is interrupted and not completed) • 5 points for #1 qualifier for the weekend • 4 points for #2 qualifier for the weekend • 3 points for #3 qualifier for the weekend • 2 points for #4 qualifier for the weekend • 1 point for #5 qualifier for the weekend • 25 points for making all 9 races

Body:

• -Funny car or one piece bodies not allowed even if equipped with doors. • -Maximum front end overhang of 45" as measured from centerline of front spindle. • -An approved extension may be used to reach 45" if the front end overhang of the body is • less than 45". • -Doors required! Doors must be functional and able to be opened from both the inside and

outside of the vehicle.

Miscellaneous:

• -Cars will run on a .400 pro tree, for an 1/8th mile. • -All cars must be able to pass track's tech inspection – NO EXCEPTIONS. For further car

safety specs, refer to either IHRA rules or the sanctioning body of the track the event is being held at.

True 10.5 Rules: Engine:

• Any automotive engine is permitted. • Exhaust: Mufflers required on all combinations except turbos. Exhaust exiting ahead of front

tires allowed, but must not affect timing or staging beams. No Zoomies. • Induction: Any induction setup is permitted. Any power adder is allowed. • Power Adders: Unlimited. • Engine diaper or NHRA-accepted belly pan for oil containment required.

Fuel & Fuel Systems:

• Any type of gasoline or alcohol is permitted. (No Nitro methane)

Frame & Suspension:

• Cars must maintain the factory firewall in stock location. • Must maintain stock front frame rails for full frame vehicles. • Cars are allowed to back-half the rear frame section of the car, and chassis bracing and

reinforcing is permitted. • Coil over and ladder bars cars allowed, OEM 4 links also allowed. • Front frame rails must be in original OEM location. • Front suspension components may be replaced with after-market bolt-on parts. • Any bolt on K-Member or sub-frame allowed with original suspension mounting points. • Rack and pinion allowed on any car. • NO WHEELIE BARS!

Tire:

• All cars must run a true 10.5" or smaller slick. They must be labeled from manufacture on sidewall, and may be measured.

• 315/65R15 or smaller Drag Radial is acceptable also.

Miscellaneous:

• Cars must have WORKING headlights and tail lights. • Fiberglass hoods, fender, bumpers, doors and deck lids will be the only fiberglass body parts

allowed. • Lexan windows allowed, must maintain factory appearance.

Drag Radial Rules: Engine:

• -Any automotive engine is permitted. • -Exhaust: All automobiles must be equipped with street type exhaust including mufflers. • -Fuel: Cars must run on gasoline. Alcohol is permitted & will be considered as a power

adder. • -Induction: Drag Radial Cars are allowed the use of ONE power adder. Example: 1 • Blower, 1 Turbo, Single Stage N.O.S. System, or Alcohol (Exception- Small • Blocks can run multiple stage Nitrous) • -Exception: Alcohol acceptable with use of a carburetor & therefore not considered a power

adder". • -Maximum Turbo Size: 88mm (adapter horns are acceptable) Must pass go/no go gauge. • -Maximum Procharger Size: F-1R or comparable. F2 legal with 3.875 inlet reducer, • mounted no further away than the original inlet flange. F2R is not legal! • -Engine diaper for oil containment is required.

Frame & Suspension:

• -Cars must maintain the factory frame. Frame rails must be located in factory position. • Chassis bracing and reinforcing is permitted. • -Ladder bars are not permitted. • -Factory four links are acceptable. Aftermarket four links are illegal! • -Minor frame notching will be allowed. • -Any bolt on K-Member or front sub-frame allowed with original suspension mounting

points. • -Front frame rails must be in original OEM location. • -Front suspension components may be replaced with after-market bolt-on parts. • -NO WHEELIE BARS!

Tire:

• -Commercially available "Name Brand" drag radial tire factory labeled 315/60R15 (or smaller) or a true

should there be any new rules.

Bad Boy 8.5 Rules: (Ozark's old Mean Street – adapted Midwest 8.5 Racers Association rules) The M.T.S.S. Bad Boy rules have been revised and loosened up a little bit to allow for more cars. This rule revision is a joint change by the MW8.5RA and the M.T.S.S. and will go into effect immediately 06/25/2013. FORMAT: This is an 1/8th mile heads-up class run on a .400 pro tree with a pro ladder. Class is designed for rear wheel drive small block and big block vehicles with single stage plate systems, boosted small blocks and naturally aspirated small/big blocks. SAFETY All NHRA/IHRA and local track safety rules apply for driver and car. TIRES 26x8.5 slicks- May have Mickey Thompson(3052) or Hoosier (18115C11) only. BODY The car must retain its original appearance, profiles, and dimensions. Factory roof and quarter panels must be used. Aftermarket fiberglass and/or carbon fiber replacement panels are limited to hood, front fenders(no full body pro mod/funny car style front end's), doors, deck-lids, and bumpers only. All front ends must be of factory dimensions and cannot be stretched. Aftermarket wings and spoilers are permitted. Complete stock appearing front and rear bumpers are required. A hood must be used. Forward facing hood scoops/turbo or supercharger inlets are permitted. Beam trippers, extenders prohibited. INTERIOR Factory appearing dash, door panels, and driver seat in stock location required. Carpet may be omitted for safety. Factory floor pan on driver and passenger side required. Must have factory transmission tunnel(no removable transmission tunnel) Aftermarket steering column permitted. WINDSHIELD/WINDOWS OEM glass or lexan windows are permitted. CHASSIS Complete stock chassis and frame rails must be retained from shock tower to behind the rear wheel opening. Back halved cars are not permitted. Front core support may be modified or removed. Aftermarket bolt-on replacement front K-members/sub frames are allowed. Front shocks must be in factory location. Smith racecraft bolt in style front ends allowed(must have approval). Factory wheelbase must be maintained. Coil spring on upper a-arm vehicles may install aftermarket Mustang a-arm or strut type front suspension (must have approval). Pre 48 model cars allowed to replace frame and suspension with typical street rod type replacement suspensions, no round tube frames or race car 4-links allowed. EXHAUST Mufflers or inserts are required on all cars except for turbo cars. Exhaust may exit underneath car or out the front fenders but must not affect timing or staging beams. SUSPENSION

Must have one fuel and one nitrous solenoid max on carb applications. EFI allowed dry plate kit or 2 nozzles with 1 N20 solenoid max. Foggers can be installed on car but must be capped before tech.

• Must be naturally aspirated. • Any BB single carb or throttle body, aftermarket cast iron/aluminum blocks ok (no billet).

(Max 10.2 deck Chevy, 10.3 Ford, 10.7 for Mopar). • 632 MAX CI. • Any heads. • No sheet metal intakes, only cast, commercially available. • Alcohol allowed.

Car tech will be done randomly at races. If found in violation of rules(that are considered to gain an unfair advantage) a one race suspension will be put in place. 2nd offense removal from series for rest of season. PARITY – OFFICIALS MAY IMPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO ANY PARTICIPANT DISPLAYING ADVANTAGEOUS PERFORMANCE. LEGALITY OF ANY CAR IS THE DECISION OF THE RACE/TECH DIRECTOR. MAKO / M.T.S.S. Real Street Rules This class is intended for Stock Floor Pan, Stock Suspension, Torque Arm and Ladder Bar cars.Cubic inch will be checked randomly at all races, there are no max limits small block, big blocks maximum 660ci. If any particular combination proves to be dominating based off of performance, weight may be adjusted based on cubic inch, or power adder. Class will run 4 tenths Pro Tree, 1/8th Mile All cars must be driven to the staging lanes or scales, not both (depends on how we are weighing). Chassis

• Stock Front frame rails and Smith Race Craft bolt on Front Ends only. Must be in stock location. Aftermarket control arms and bushings allowed, bolted in stock locations. (#1 Footnote).

• A-arm cars must remain a-arm cars with functional a-arms mounted in factory location. If your car doesn’t meet this rule, you have until the beginning of the 2014 season to comply.

• Strut cars must remain strut cars with functional struts mounted in factory location. If your car doesn’t meet this rule, you have until the beginning of the 2014 season to comply.

• Pre 48 cars see Footnote #3. • Rack and Pinion steering allowed. • K-Members allowed (late model Mustangs, Camaro and Firebirds). • After market front suspension components allowed (#1 footnote). • ALL replacement parts must be in stock location. • Aftermarket strut is allowed (#1 footnote). • Mini Tubs allowed. • Back half allowed with stipulations. • Stock Suspension, ladder bar or Torque Arm only. • Transmission may have a removable cover, it will need to be carpeted. • No aftermaket 4 links allowed. • Anti-sway bars allowed. • Leaf springs or coil spring may be moved in-board. • Relocation of rear shock allowed. • No wheelie bars. • Aftermarket Coil over shocks allowed (#1 footnote). • Motor Plate and Mid Plate allowed.

Body

• Unaltered floor pan. Floor may be altered for thru the floor sub-frame connectors, etc. • Floor pans must be from back of front seat to firewall. • Firewall must be in stock location, minor modifications for trans, etc, is OK. • Trunk floor can be modified for fuel cell and pumps. • Floor pan may be notched for Ladder Bar clearance. • Must have working head lights and taillights. • Rear seat may be removed. • Fiberglass limited to doors, fenders, hood, trunk lid, and bumpers. Fiberglass fenders will be

allowed but they must be a replacement type, IE no one piece fiberglass front ends, the parts have to be separate.

• Aftermarket front spoiler allowed. • No Extenders / Stripe Takers which stick out past the bumper or leading edge of the factory

part of the car. • Lexan allowed, must maintain a factory appearance.

Engine

• Standard bore space blocks only.

• Mass produced cast aluminum intakes only unless no commercially made intake is available, will need to call for approval.

• Cast tunnel ram 2 – 4 barrels will be allowed on any engine combination add 50 lbs. • Mufflers required on all combinations except turbos. No Insert or Collector mufflers. • Fuel injection allowed. • No ProMag or equivalent . • Billet or custom fabricated heads prohibited. • Big Chiefs or Non-Conventional Spreadport style heads on Big Blocks allowed w/Plate

Nitrous or N/A only. • Big block Ford and Chrysler must call for head approval 918-451-8212. • Alcohol allowed, Injected add 100 lbs., no intercooler allowed. • Alcohol carbureted blow through, no intercooler allowed.

Power Adders Big Block Nitrous

• Two Bottles allowed, must Y together with no shut off’s before the Y, you can have a ball valve after the Y.

• If running 2 Bottles they must both be open at beginning of run. • Multiple Nitrous kits, must use #4 Nitrous line maximum .195 inside diameter for the fitting

and the line, minimum 12 inches long attached single side of Y or at single bottle. • Single Fogger allowed #6 or smaller Nitrous Line after the Y or at the bottle (Electronic Fuel

Injection allowed only 8 nitrous feed lines on engine). • Two Stage Plate allowed #6 Nitrous Line after the Y or at the bottle. • No push nitrous systems. • Big Chief Big Block / Non-Conventional Heads Big Block 2 solenoid (1 fuel, 1 nitrous) with 2

spray bar plate (Big Shot Style) allowed.

Small Block Nitrous

• Two Bottles allowed, must Y together with no shut off’s before the Y, you can have a ball valve after the Y.

• If running 2 Bottles they must both be open at beginning of run. • #6 or smaller Nitrous Line after the Y or at the bottle. • No push nitrous systems.

Turbos

• Reducers measured within 1/16! of compressor wheel. • Reducer cannot allow air to pass behind reducer. • Surge Holes and/or Slots on Turbos over 84mm must be covered. • No Nitrous allowed with Turbo

Blowers

• F-1R or equivalent allowed

2. Inlet restrictor must be mounted no farther away than the original inlet flange. 3. Turbo reducers will be measured within 1/16 of an inch of the compressor wheel fins. 4. Pre 48 model cars allowed to replace frame and suspension with typical street rod type

replacementsuspensions, no round tube frames or race car 4-links allowed. 5. “Classic” Car is any Car that had the basic body platform produced prior to 1974 and a

factory wheelbase over 107 inches. Example a 1981 Camaro will still be considered a Classic Car because the platform started production in 1970.

6. Engine diaper or NHRA-accepted belly pan for oil containment required.
