EXPERIENCE Contract Management
Provided complete range contract management support to include proposal preparation, contract review,
negotiation, administration after award, and contract close out. Manage Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite
Quantity, Fixed Price, and Time and Materials/Labor Hour contract types.
Prepared, review, and negotiate Teaming Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Reseller
Agreements, and Marketing Agreements.
Interfaced with the Contracting Officer, Contracts Specialist, or Contract Representatives of companies
as required. Prepare correspondence for actions such as no-cost extensions, resume approval, or realignment
requests.
Participated in distribution of Monthly Reports. Verify all deliverables and reports are submitted for file
completion. Prepare and submit DD Form 250 at contract completion.
Provided complete cost point input and update for contracts and subcontracts.
Reviewed all invoices for accuracy and contract compliance. Coordinate with accounting or project
control to solve invoice and funding problems.
Subcontracts and Procurement Management

Prepared and administered Inter-company Work Authorizations.

Subcontract Administration
Extensive experience with the proposal process, negotiation, preparation and award of subcontracts,
subcontract administration, and subcontract close out. Responsible for file documentation, subcontract
modifications, invoice processing, and interfacing with the subcontractor’s contract representative. Verified
all deliverables and reports are submitted for file completion.
Experience using SAP and Cost Point for purchase order award, invoice processing, and subcontract
close out.
Awarded and administered Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite
Quantity, Requirements, and Time and Materials/Labor Hour subcontract types. Prepare and administer
Inter-Division Work Authorizations. Have experience in non-competitive and competitive subcontract
awards. Experienced preparing cost analyses, price analyses, source selection memorandums, and
memorandums for record. Awarded and administered both Government and Commercial Subcontracts.
Worked as part of the cost proposal team. Prepared subcontractor requests for proposal and evaluated
subcontractor proposals. Responsible for coordinating communication between proposal team members.
Worked as part of the internal CPSR team. Reviewed files for compliance with policies and procedures.

September 2007 through December 2012, SAIC: Contracts Manager. Provide senior level contract
administration support for Government Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, and Commercial Contracts.
March 2007 through August 2007, BAE Systems Inc.: Subcontracts and Procurement Manager. Provided
