Calling on Psychiatrists within the public and private health system advocating my product portfolio of injectable antipsychotics and supporting the wider allied health team of nurses, case managers, psychologists, pharmacists, social workers and occupational therapists with education on injection technique, motivational interviewing, psychopharmacology and shared decision making all which promotes growth and long term successful use of medicines.

Responsibilities:

Managed a number of different geographic areas within QLD over the past 7+ years, including responsibility of managing one of the top 2 accounts in Australia.

Worked cross functionally with a Health Care Solutions team addressing account issues on an individual needs basis.

Offering educational support, from an allocated nurse educator and a Medical and Scientific Liaison officer as well as a professional Relationships Manager and Hospital Sales Development Manager, to assist in the development of customers into key opinion leader roles.

Held regular education sessions within the Metro South Area, bringing National and International speakers to regional areas for continued education.

Played key roles in new product launches. Was responsible for managing a product familiarization programme (PFP) within the PA Hospital and the Ipswich Hospital. Arranged and organized various medical educational sessions, both pre and post launch of Invega Sustenna.

Moved in and out of positions within the Brand Team and Health Care Compliance. Was the Brand Team lead for QLD in 2013, as well as the responsibility of Health Care Compliance Lead in 2014.

Sales:

• Sat in the top 3 nationally in sales and sales force effectiveness and have earned the respect of my peers and customers.

National Team Sales Leaderboard – managed to stay in the top 2 positions since January 2015.

As of 27th May - Metro South is ranked 1st for YTD PTT Rank, YTD MS Change, EI Rank and Sustenna Rank.

Currently, Mkt share change is greater than National for all 3 of my accounts within my territory and Sustenna growth exceeds national growth across entire territory.
