introducing Milwaukee’s celebrity chef Michael FekerMichael Feker is an accomplished chef with more than 20 years experience, having studied abroad in Switzerland. He learned under the tutelage of renowned chef Roberto Gerometta and has owned restaurants in Los Angeles, Milwaukee and in Wauwatosa. He specializes in traditional Italian cuisine and is also a culinary instructor, owning and operating the Culinary School of Magic, in Wauwatosa. With his vast culinary knowledge of the chemistry of foods of all cuisines, classical French training, world travels and experience, chef Feker is a culinary innovator who manifests his love for life through food.

Currently chef Feker amazes his guests at his restaurant IL MITO Trattoria e Enoteca with his rustic, unique flavor profiles; reveals the culinary unknowns at his Chef’s Counter where he performs cooking demonstrations; he can be seen two to three times each week on Milwaukee’s FOX6; consults with Aurora Health Care’s food service and provides healthy cooking shows for Aurora’s inhouse Skylite network; makes guest appearances for local charities such as Milwaukee’s Hunger Task Force and the American Liver Association, as well as international events such as the 2012 Housewares Expo in Chicago.
