KEY TASKS IN ABOVE ROLES

channels, propagation, media and Internet. To provide more opportunities for company to communicate and cooperate with oversee

counterparts for the purpose of internationalization. To create and optimize branch offices’ management systems. Ensuring high level of team

performance and better utilization of branch offices, regular performance evaluation and feedback, in order to achieve set targets.

Supervision of the turnover and marketing budget. Be at helm the creation of new marketing blueprints in order to over fulfil business goals.

To command and coordinate of internal cooperation and communication among departments for the purpose of improvement of company’s work efficiency.

Duties on programs scheme of various ads circulation channels and operation, to make plans for website core appeal in accordance with marketing goals, propagating activities and important events, and to launch marketing pitches on portals, commercial.

To ensure the brand influence and customer hit-rates, activity promotion, product propagation, and registry of new sign-ups.

To take advantage of Internet media, forum, blog, wechat, SNS used by English training industries to carry out website propagation, and creating and discovering various kinds of propagation modes and focus on ensuing business results.

To write analysis report of promotion result, to scheme and adjust propagationplans, gradually make adjustments to propagation strategies according to the analysis of propagation resource statistics and customer feedback so that the propagation resources can be optimized.

Monitoring and researching rival’s competitiveness as well as relevant websites strategies, and make reasonable adjustments to websites related to optimization, monitoring and analysing websites statistics and putting forward reasonable suggestions on regular basis.
