It was originally built in 1984 and was bought two years later by Keto Kakagu Limited of Japan. The renovation process included installation of approximately 500 m 2 of new floors for which the Statuario Caldia® marble was used in a honed finishing in the Tower 49 Gallery, one of New York City's most striking commercial art venues.
