For 2011, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Ltd (HML) has arranged for event organisers to use the Tsing Yi (TY) site of around 14,000 sqm as an off-site marshalling area during the event move-in/move-out period.

Onsite Procedures for IPR Complaints
~The complainant must provide documents and other evidence necessary to support an IPR complaint.
~If an exhibitor is confirmed with conviction of infringement of intellectual property rights, the Show Manager will have the power to ban the exhibitor concerned from participating in any future Kenfair exhibitions.
~Any views or opinion expressed by the Show’s Legal Advisor is intended for general guidance only and should not be regarded as a complete or definite statement of law or an indication of the ultimate outcome of any future infringement action.
