    Treatment Plan

    Acute: start as soon as possible after diagnosis. Daily for 3 days. Then twice a week for three weeks. Then weekly for three weeks or in response to symptoms.

    Intention

    Stimulate lymph nodes to reduce inflammation

    & oedema

    Heal injuries and local inflammation

    Analgesia

    Probe

    LED Cluster LED Cluster 810nm 1W laser Cluster

    Pulse 2.5Hz 2.5Hz Continuous

    Tx Time 1 Min 1 Min 30 seconds

    Tx Targets

    Ipsilateral inguinal and popliteal lymph nodes

    Area of sprain around the medial malleolus, Treat affected areas of muscle strain if necessary

    L4-S1 Spinous processes and ipsilateral nerve root exit
