We love reading and hope you love it too. The High Point Media Center encourages reading by offering different reading promotions and incentives throughout the year. We recently celebrated Dr. Suess birthday. There was a daily quiz question on the morning announcements. Students placed the answer in the box and a winner was selected each day. Dr. Suess bookmarks were given out as prizes. Some other promotions held in our media center are accelerated reader, book clubs, and the Scholastic Book Fair.19Featured Books

Each month we feature a different author, genre, or subject. These books are placed in areas throughout the media center. March was Dr. Suess.20Media Center Office

Mrs. Griffith and Ms. Kreidler love answering questions and helping students and teachers but sometimes they have to work in their office. The media center office is off limits to students and also serves as a storage area for audio visual equipment.21Thank you for visiting the High Point Elementary Media Center. Please come back soon!
