Manufactured from high quality, commercial kitchen grade 304 stainless steel, these Delta

hoods are designed using the latest 3D CAD/CAM technology. Delta hoods off er exceptional

build quality and guaranteed low lead times at an incredible price. The Delta range of

extraction hoods are perfect for small cafes, fast food outlets and restaurants.

Grease Drawers

The Delta hoods have an integral grease collection system which channels grease to

the external grease collection drawers. These drawers can be easily removed and are

dishwasher safe.

and maintenance. 13W light fi ttings supplied with fl ex and tridonic driver. Average life of

60,000 hours.

Supply Air Grills

Perforated stainless steel supply air grills deliver 85% make-up air back into the kitchen.

These supply air grills are fi tted with a fi ne mesh dust fi lter to prevent dust entering the

kitchen area.

The aerodynamic properties of this fi lter make it

a highly effi cient fl ame arrester. Cooking fl are-ups

are restricted from entering the kitchen exhaust

ducts, as the fl ame cannot eff ectively follow

the air-fl ow pattern through the fi lter. A good

replacement for the honeycomb fi lters that are

tired or worn and can be retro fi tted with no eff ect

on the mechanical system as the resistance is

similar. Ideal for new installations and promotes

best practice as they are a reduced fi re risk

compared to honeycomb fi lters.

A gas interlock system is an essential safety system

for any commercial kitchen. These systems ensure the

ventilation is running before gas is introduced into the

kitchen to prevent the build-up of carbon monoxide

and other harmful by-products, which can be inhaled by

kitchen staff and cause illness or death.

The Merlin CT1250 acts as an interlock between the

ventilation system and the gas solenoid valve. The

system has built-in current monitors in order to interlock

with up to two fans and off ers an alternative to using air

pressure diff erential switches.
