A time has been made available so that your child’s progress for Semester 1 will be discussed and their written report will be issued to you and their Portfolio shared and discussed. Meadow Heights Primary School Soccer Program has kicked off this week with 20 girls and 20 boys, who signed up to work on their fitness and soccer skills as part of the program. The program will run at lunchtimes with girls training on Mondays and Wednesdays and boys Tuesdays and Fridays. The soccer program will finish off next term with an after school Gala on first Thursday, 20th July at Dallas Primary School. This is when students will meet with other students from three other primary schools and play five a side games. Students will leave school at 3:-05pm and taken to the venue by bus. However, parents will need to organise pick up from the venue at 5:00pm. We need parent volunteers for the program! Dear Parents, Carers & Friends, Next Thursday, while parent-teacher interviews are happening, I will be holding a wicking-bed workshop for anyone who would like to learn how to make one, starting from about 2:30pm. A wicking-bed is a type of raised garden bed that needs very little water, and will have your veggies looking lush and green throughout summer (I know because I’ve made two of them myself). I will have all the materials ready to go, all I need is some help in building them, so that they can be ready for planting in next term. Chương trình sẽ tâp luyên vào giờ ăn trưa cac ngay Thứ Hai và Thứ Tư cho các em nư sinh , va vào ngay Thứ Ba và Thứ Sáu cho các em nam sinh.
