P R E S S N O T E
1. It is hereby notified that the University has taken a
decision to conduct the
special Examination for the students of M.B.A. I, II, III &
IV-Semester(Backlog & Improvement) pertaining to the candidates
of University,Affiliated & PG Colleges (Districts), O.U. are
scheduled to be held in theMonth of December, 2011. The detailed
Time-Table will be notifiedseparately in due course. PAPER-WISE
IMPROVEMENT ISPERMISSIBLE IN THE NEXT IMMEDIATE EXAMINATION
FORREGULAR CANDIDATES ONLY (WITHOUT BREAK). The studentsbelongs to
the Academic Year 2007-2008, 2008-2009 & 2009-2010 areeligible
for Aggregate Improvement & Backlog.
2. Further, it is informed that the candidates who were
admitted
during the Academic Year 2006-2007 will have to pay Rs.1000/-for
each backlog paper in addition to normal examination fee asper the
University letter No.87/M/503/Acad/04. However, thecandidates
concerned are advised to contact the office of theController of
Examinations/Dy. Registrar (Academic), beforesubmitting the
examination form with regard to syllabus to befollowed.
3. The candidates who were admitted prior to 2006-2007Academic
Year are not eligible to appear for any of theirbacklog papers.
SCHEDULE OF EXAMINATION FEE (FOR NEW SYLLABUS)
1. Fee for all Papers Rs.1020+60 (Memorandumof Marks)
2. Fee up to Two Papers Rs.540+60 (Memorandum of Marks)
3. Provisional Certificate &Consolidated Memo of Marks
Rs.60+350 = 410/- ( IV-Semester
Students only)4. The last date for payment of Examination fee
and submission of
Examination Application Forms is shown below :-
i) Last date for payment of examination fee without Friday
late fee and submission of Examination forms at09.12.2011
the respective Colleges.
ii) The last date for submission of
ExaminationThursdayapplication forms with out late fee to the
Controller15.12.2011of Examinations, Osmania University by the
College.
iii) Last date for payment of examination fee with aMondaylate
fee of Rs.200/- and submission of examination
19.12.2011 application forms at the respective Colleges.
iv) The last date for submission of
ExaminationWednesdayapplication forms with late fee to the
Controller of21.12.2011

5. The candidates appearing for the above examinations should
fillExamination Application forms carefully and enclose Xerox
copies ofMemorandum of Marks for the earlier examinations duly
attested by thePrincipal of the concerned College for ready
reference, failing with theforms will not be accepted Xerox copies
of Examination Application Forms& Photographs will not be
considered.

6. The Principals are requested to verify the examination forms
andeligibility of the candidates and forward the same to the
Controller of
Examinations, Osmania University by 21.12.2011 positively, along
withthe Nominal roll (in duplicate) Semester-wise.
7. The University has decided to accept the payment of
Examination feethrough Core Banking system from the colleges under
Osmania University Jurisdiction as communicated vide. Lr.
No.171207/COE/2007, dated17.12.2007. The Core Banking system has
come into effect from01.04.2008 onwards.
8. The College is maintaining its account with the branches of
State Bank ofHyderabad can remit the fees through the same branch
for credit ofRegistrar, Osmania University Examination Fee Fund A/c
No.52198262033 maintained with Osmania University Branch of
StateBank of Hyderabad.
9. In case the College is maintaining its account with any Bank
other thanState Bank of Hyderabad they are required to deposit
money/cheque infavour of the Registrar University examination fee
fund A/CNo.52198262033 in any Branch of State Bank of Hyderabad for
credit.
10. Further after remitting the Examination fee into Registrar,
ExaminationFee Fund Account through Core Banking system the College
can obtain areceipt from the Bank and submit the same to the
Examination Branchalong with Examination Forms.
11. The Principals are requested to submit the examination
application formsto the Controller of Examinations, O.U. by date
21.12.2011. If theexamination application forms received after due
date is over, the Collegehas to pay Rs.1000/- per day as penalty
for late submission of forms.
