    implementedtoensurethatthecustomersaresuppliedwith

    the

    quality.

    particular,

    the

    monitoringandcontroloffuelsshouldbeharmonizedandtheMauritius

    StandardBureaushouldbeprovidedwiththeresources

    neededtoplayanactiveroleintheprocess.
