MasterTemp Digital temperature monitor to transformers and reactors www.electron.com.br The temperature monitor MASTERTEMP™ was developed to monitor the ambient and oil temperature, or top and bottom oil temperature, or top oil and OLTC with possibility differential temperature alarms and up to 3 (three) calculated winding hotspot Temperatures in transformers and reactors immersed in oil, MASTERTEMP™ can activate the fans protecting power and distribution transformer (ANSI 49I and ANSI 49). The aluminum enclosure has high mechanical resistence creating a Faraday cage that increases the immunity of the electric circuit in cases of noise induction and electrical discharges. The enclosure works as a heat-sink extending the life of the MASTERTEMP. Reduced size 3.8x3.8x3.8 inch (98x98x98mm) High brightness display with 04 (four) digits of 0,78 inch (20 mm) height, and decimal display of 0,51 inch (13 mm) height; USE EASY, with fully intuitive setup menus, forms a perfect set for the user. To further facilitate, Mastertemp™ is supplied with a configuration software with graphics, reports, and additional resources. Winding temperature calculated based on standards IEC 354-1991, IEEE C 57.91-1995 and NBR 5416- 1997. Input for current reading of CT 0 to 10 A (True RMS - Split Core). Indication of the final gradient temperature (Oil / Winding). Percentage indication of transformer loading and - Pré-cooling function. Operation temperature extended -40ºC to +85ºC (-40 to +185ºF). MicroSD card to storage data (data- logger) up to 10 year of storage data (2 Gb).
