About Florida International University
Florida International University (FIU) is Miami-Dade County’s first public, four-year research

The School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) brings together many of FIU’s

eight signature departments: Politics and International Relations, Religious Studies, Global
and Sociocultural Studies, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Modern Languages,

Enrolled students may take four pre-approved courses at select Chinese institutions with whom FIU has signed articulation agreements.
