Thales UK Limited who are official manufacturers of IT network security and information assurance products and services and having production facilities at Long Crendon, England, do hereby authorize Canopus Innovative Technologies, of.53, 6, Serebryakova passage, Moscow, Russia, 107553 (hereinafter, the «Bidder») through its Russian Distributor, to integrate Thales E-Security products into its multichannel-banking system “Canopus Connect”, and to submit quotations and subsequently negotiate and sign a contract for the supply of such systems. All products supplied to the Bidder by Thales UK Limited will be supported by Thales’s standard product warranty and technical support for these products shall be provided through Thales’s EMEA Support Desk based in the UK.
