Hidimba temple is one of the most important temples in Manali. It is a beautifully constructed four story wooden temple located in the middle of a forest called the Dhungiri Van Vihar. This temple is dedicated to Hadimba a 'Rakshashi’, and was built in the year 1553. The temple is also famous as the Dhoongri Temple. Beautiful carving of Goddess Durga embellishes the doors of the temple. Here major festivals are conducted during the month of May which usually stays crowded due to being peak season.

Solang Valley:

Solang Valley is one of the major tourist attractions of Manali popularly known as Snow point. The height of the valley is about 8500 ft and this valley is enriched with dense green forests and snow peaks.
