Manali is located in the district of Kullu in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050m in the Himalayas. The Pass offers beautiful sights of glaciers, peaks, Lahaul Valley and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang.The Rohtang Pass is a natural divide between the humid Kullu Valley which has a predominant Hindu culture and the arid, high altitude Lahaul and Spiti Valleys which are principally Buddhist.

Hidimba Temple:-

Hidimba temple is one of the most important temples in Manali. It is a beautifully constructed four story wooden temple located in the middle of a forest called the Dhungiri Van Vihar. This temple is dedicated to Hadimba a 'Rakshashi’, and was built in the year 1553. The temple is also famous as the Dhoongri Temple. Beautiful carving of Goddess Durga embellishes the doors of the temple. Here major festivals are conducted during the month of May which usually stays crowded due to being peak season.

Solang Valley:

Solang Valley is one of the major tourist attractions of Manali popularly known as Snow point. The height of the valley is about 8500 ft and this valley is enriched with dense green forests and snow peaks. The peaceful atmosphere created by the hugeness of the blue sky, the ravishing beauty of the green valleys and the snow lining on the remote peaks can make one feel the

pleasure of being in a heaven abode. Solang Valley is also famous for its sports either winter sports or summer sports. The famous sports of this area include paragliding, parachuting, skating, and zorbing.

Vashist Springs:

Vashist springs is located at a distance of about 6km away from the beautiful town of Manali. Here located the beautiful Beas river. Vashist springs and temple in a tiny hamlet situated on the bank of Beas river that turns towards Rohtang. It is hot water sulphur springs that are amply found in this region and come out of the granitic deposits cover a huge part of the Himalayas in this area. Vashist springs forms a main attraction of Manali tour. These hot water springs are also a major source of water for many tourist spots in and around Manali. The Vashist Hot Water Springs and Temple has always remained as one of the most favorite among the Manali tourist attractions.

Rahala Waterfalls:-
