Grading: The final grade is calculated based on a final exam, a group presentation, and class participation. The following percentages will be used to calculate the final grade: 50% - Final exam 30% - Group presentation 20% - Class Participation Final exam (50%): There will be a final examination covering all the class topics. Group presentation (30%): Separate guidelines will be distributed regarding the group presentation. Each student group will present a case study. Participation (20%): You will be responsible for reading the course content assigned before each class, prepare case study presentations, and actively participate in class discussions. Make-up exam: Admission to the make-up exam will be given to students who have attended at least 50% of the course and either failed the final exam (grade < 10) or wish to improve their grade. The grade on the make-up exam replaces the overall course grade with one important condition: the maximum grade will have a cap set at 16 points. __________________________________________________________________________________ Bibliography: McShane, S.
