PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management will prepare you for the task of ensuring that an organization or company is able to operate in both the immediate and longer-term future. Managers are charged with making decisions that will impact an organization on every level; these decisions range from hiring a new employee to taking a company public. Management is a challenging field, and good managers are highly sought after across all business sectors.
The management curriculum provides both depth and flexibility so that you can maximize your educational experience. As a Management major, you will develop an understanding of the various aspects of and organization’s operations through the core business courses delivered across all programs at RIT Dubai.
Building upon these foundations, you will go on to develop your abilities in leadership and decision making to help you become a capable business manager who is able to make sound decisions, motivate employees, and communicate e�ectively across all levels of an organization.
POSSIBLE CAREER OPTIONS
As a graduate of the Management major you will have the knowledge and professional competencies to take on high-level management positions. With a well-rounded skillset in areas such as motivation, negotiation, and leadership you will be suited to management in any industry sector. Students have gone on to launch careers in consulting, hospitality administration, marketing, or to begin their own ventures. Alternatively, you may wish to continue your education through our graduate programs.

RIT is consistently ranked among the top American Universities. The degree you will earn from RIT Dubai is a fully recognized university degree from RIT New York and has the same value as a degree earned by studying there.
In the UAE, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management degree program is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education and is licensed by the KHDA. The program is also accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

By studying at RIT Dubai you'll undertake an extensive, full-time, paid cooperative internship placement as part of your program. You'll spend time honing your skills in a professional environment - and as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management student, you can choose the unique experience of conducting a placement abroad. Many students end up working for the company where they did their placement.
