Mall Guidelines

Setup design to be approved by Mall Management before installation

No Cloth banner and posters are to be put up in the mall premises

Setup, in any case, cannot block any store visibility

Hindi & Bengali Music cannot be played inside the mall area

Activity area has to be set up before mall hours, i.e. before 6.00am or after 10.00pm.

The setup has to be dismantled and carried back on the same day after the end of activity.

Event Timing – 11 am to 9 pm

Electricity load is restricted to 3 KW. Extra electricity requirement to be paid extra as per actual

Payment to be made in advance through cheque/ DD or RTGS only.

Parking & Housekeeping requirements is solely Client’s responsibility.

For every booking area, not more than 4 promoters along with 1 MC & 2 standees will be allowed

Mall security would not take any responsibility of safekeeping of setup or any other article not belonging to Mall

All requisite permission would be Client’s responsibility & not Mall’s

A Gate pass/ challan for all the materials is must for taking them in and out of the Mall

All Material Movement inside the mall should be registered at the control room at all times

No storage around the set up area would be allowed.

No tapes or wires to be visible to naked eyes.

Mall Management can cancel the promotion at any point if the design found to be distasteful or does not adhere to Mall

Rules & Regulations or creating discomfort to Mall tenants or Customers

During installation/ uninstallation , labours & Supervisors to follow Mall’s security instruction failing which work cannot be

allowed.
