Dauerpräsentation zur Herstellung des Munsterkäses
Die Käserei (im Elsass ‘marcairie’/Molkerei genannt) steht im Zentrum der Besichtigung: Hier stellt der Käser vor den Besuchern mit den seit Generationen überlieferten Handgriff en den guten Münsterkäse her. Dabei erläutert er seine Arbeit, die viel Geduld erfordert, und lässt die Kinder probieren, wie Rohmilch schmeckt!
Demonstration of how cheese is made
The marcairerie, or cheese farm, is the main part of the visit, and it’s there that you’ll fi nd out how the cheesemaker uses histraditional skills to make Munster cheese. He’ll explain how he goes about his tasks and he’ll also let the children have a taste of the fresh, unpasteurised raw-milk.
Au cœur de la marcairie, la fromagère réalise devant vous les gestes ancestraux qui font le bon munster. Elle vous fera partager sa passion.
Adultes et enfants dégusteront le Siasskass : le fromage blanc qui deviendra le Munster.

Hêtres dans la forêtC’est un véritable parcours, riche de sens et de sensations : des contes, des odeurs, des bruissements … tout en subtilité, il vous emmène un peu plus loin dans la forêt, là où, vous pourriez avoir la surprise de voir un artisan travailler le bois devant vous.
Les fromages de haute traditionLes fromages du Grand Est sont à l’honneur : goûts, caractères, fabrication, accords avec les vins : il y a tant à découvrir… avant de passer à la dégustation !
Buchen im Tal Ein erlebnisreicher Rundgang für alle Sinne : Märchen, Gerüche, Geräusche… auf feinsinnige Art und Weise entführt er Sie in die Tiefe des Waldes, dorthin, wo Sie auf einen im Gehölz arbeitenden Handwerker treff en können.
Käsesorten mit langer TraditionBei dieser ersten Ausstellung stehe die verschiedenen Käsesorten Ostfrankreichs im Mittelpunkt. Geschmacksrichtungen, Charaktermerkmale, Herstellung, die passenden Weine : es gibt so viel zu entdecken … bevor es dann zur Verköstigung geht !

Cheese of high traditionThis exhibition showcases cheeses from the eastern France. Come along and fi nd out about how they are made, what they taste like, what wine to drink with them. It’s a fascinating experience, even before you get to taste the cheese!
