Dan Sanders, a man who cleans water for farmers in Fall brook and North County,Enlightens us on agriculture, water usage, and the economy.

Whilst foreign sources help greatly in produce, we dont want to be completely

Dependent on foreign sources, one reason being issues on pests. If we use foreignSources for food, we most likely gain countless diseases that, because of lack ofImmunity, could devastate the local crops that arent immune to the diseases broughtOver. For example, if you have a bug from Australia that has a natural pre at ad or[There], but no natural pre at ad or in the U.S., then you can devastate that crop.

Hopefully we can create some innovations in technology to save water such asBuilding more seawater desalination plants and water containment plants, change

The source of water from the Colorado river & Sierra Nevada to the Pacific ocean,And switch the direction of river direction(somehow) from inland to coast to coastTo inland. If we dont receive any measurable rain water (which has not occurred since2005-2006), We will probably see a shift their info structure in farming that is incrediblyWater intensive to different localities and continue with that industry or just stopFarming altogether.

When asked about the human species and whether we use too much water,He said I think people take their recourse or water for granted, earning they know if

They turn on the water itll come, and they dont have to pay that much for it.. So IThink people are naive and because of their navety, they probably are likely toTake advantage of the situation until it directly affects them. To say people use tooMuch water has more political hurdles than we do on the consumer side of things. He as lo explains that-basically- if humans didnt use water, no evaporationWould occur, and even less precipitation would show.

Negatives-Wildlife will be depleted of nutrients

    -The fish cant migrate

    - Sediment cant make it to the ocean

    - All the plants down stream suffer

-Animals down stream suffer as well

Positives-We can store water for droughts

    - Having water for irrigation

    - Able to grow crops- Decreases the amount of transporting crops

    - Less pay for transporting water
