After 30 years, the Cannizzaro process - the classic production route to Trimethylolpropane - has been supplanted by new, proprietary technology developed by BASF: the TMP hydrogénation process!

This advanced technology increases product quality and purity, and elimi­nates by-products. The result is Trimethylolpropane made better - TMPhydro®.

BASF TMPhydro® is available globally in flake and molten forms. All flake is packaged in antistatic (Type C) bags. Molten is delivered in bulk.
