Luxury Communities Worth Looking Into in Southern California
Located near San Diego, the city of La Jolla, California is a scenic, seaside community that encompasses more than seven miles of Pacific coastline. Generally considered an affluent area, there are several upscale communities in La Jolla that are worth looking into.
Country Club
The Country Club neighborhood derives its name from the 18-hole golf course located within it. The neighborhood itself is situated on a plateau of the Mount Soledad foothills, and is only a short drive from the La Jolla business district. This neighborhood is governed by a requirement that all buildings are only one story tall so as not to obstruct this magnificent view. Mesa residents are never far away from the entertainment and culture larger cities such as San Diego bring, and are easily accessible to the freeway as well.
