1. There will be a One-Dey Regionol Orientation ro GURO 21 Batch 7 scholars on December 14, 2015, 8:00AM

to 5:00 PM at the AVR of the Univel'$ity of Mindanao, Bolton St., Davao City. The fil'$t batch will start at

exactly 8:00AM while the second botch will start at exactly 1:00 PM.

2. This activity aims to equip the flexible learners on the GUR021 Program course through !FLEX or INNOTECH

Flexible Learning Management System to be implemented From December 2015 to February 2016.

3. The participants of Batch 7 are the elementary and secondary school teachers who will be

nom inated/recommended by the Schools Division Superintendents. Please email the list of participants to

depedxipublicaffairsunit@Y..C!hOo.com on or before December 111 2015. Each division Is encouraged to

nominate 20 teachers.

4. Attached are the lists of divisions per batch (morning and afternoon), the list of Flexible Learning Tutors and Technical support Staff/ and the registration form which shall be filled up by all the scholars to be submitted during the orient ation.

5. All the Flexible Learning Tutors (FLTs), and lechnical Support Staff are also required to attend the orientation

on official business.

6. The official participants are required to bring laptop computers (Wifi ready) and pocket wifi If available to

be used during the hands-on training. It is reminded that participants ·bring with them Php 7,500.00 as payment of the course fee during the orientation chargeable against division SEF/school MOOE or any

source~ of funds, subject to usual accot.Jnting and auditing rules and regulations. A SEAMEO INNOTECH

officer/ staff will attend to iss~Je officia! receipts to paying participants.
