LPi Panel Tipi Kontrol- Gösterge / LPi Panel Type Controller-Indicator
LPi, Panel tipi kontrol ve gösterge cihazdr. Küçük ebatlar sayesinde çoklu panel gösterge uygulamalar için ideal çözüm salar. Zengin giri çk opsiyonlar (4 adet Röle çk) 4 adet izole giri, 2 adet RS232-485 haberleme, Modbus haberleme protokolü standart olarak sunulmaktadr. Bu sayede birçok uygulama için ek opsiyona gerek duyulmakszn uygulama çözümü sunar.
LPi is a Panel type controller and display device. Thanks to its small size it is the ideal solution for multi-panel display applications. Rich input / output options (4 Relay outputs) 4 isolated inputs, 2 RS232-485 communication, Modbus communication protocol are provided as standard. It offers an application solution for many applications without the need for additional options.

Haberleme Konnektörü Balants / Communication Terminal Connections Cihaz haberleme balants aadaki ekilde yaplmaktadr. Communication connections done as below diagram.
Yük Hücresi Balants / Loadcell Terminal Connections 4 ve 6 telli yük hücresi balants aada belirtilmitir. Uzak mesafeli kablolarda öncelikle yükhücreleri paralel balanmal ve paralel balanlan noktadan 6 kablo olarak uzatma yaplmal ve cihaz giri klemensinde ksadevre yaplmamaldr.
4 and 6 wire connections shown below. For long distance operations firstly make paralel all loadcells and use 6 wire cables. And short circuit between Exc and Sense terminals on the loadcell side not on the device side.

Dara alma ve dara silmek için DARA tuu kullanlr.
Saysal deer girilirken bir yan basamaa geçmek ve menülerde gezerken geriye gitmek için kullanlr.
Ana tart ekrannda ve kalibrasyon menüsünde SIFIRLAMA amacyla kullanr.
Menülerde gezinirken bir üst menüye geri dönmek ve menüden çk için kullanlr.
Used for jump-up menu or exiting the menu operations
Used for ZERO operations on main screen and Calibration menus.
Used for toggling (Enable/Disable) TARE
In menu, used for next/back operations and for numbers used for next digit operations
Dolum modunda dolum deeri set etmek için kullanlr. Kalibrasyon menüsünde yük deerini tanmlamak için kullanlr.
Saysal deer girilirken basamak deerini artrmak ve menülerde gezerken ileriye gitmek için kullanlr.
Used for Set Target values on Filling applications.
Used for Identifying load value On load calibration menu. In menu, user for next/back operations and for numbers used to increase the digit.
Ayar menüsüne giri için MENÜ tuu kullanlr.

Ayarlar Ana Balklar / Setup Main Titles
Menü tuuna 2saniye basl tutarak Parametre Ayarlar ’na gelinir.
Parameter Setting menu can be achieved by pressing the MENU key for 2seconds.
*Röle Ayarlar sadece Tart modunda ya da ilgili donam takl ise görülür.
*Relay Setting just shown when Scale mode or hardware installed
*Dolum Ayarlar sadece Dolum ve Tumba (Randman) modunda görülür.
**Opsiyon ayarlar sadece Analog, BCD/BIN, Profinet, Profibus kartlar taklyken görülür.
*Filling Settings shown only FILL or HOPPER mode.
**Option Settings shown only Analog, BCD/BIN, Profinet, Profibus options installed.
Kalibrasyon / Calibration
MENÜ tuuna 2 saniye basarak Kalibrasyon bölümüne gelinir. Calibration Menu can be achieved by pressing the MENU key for 2seconds.
ki tip kalibrasyon yaplabilir. Yük ile yaplan kalibrasyon ve yük hücresi sertifikasna göre (yüksüz) yaplan kalibrasyon. Ayrca düzeltme katsays ile daha
önce yaplan kalibrasyonu girdiiniz katsay ile deitirebilirsiniz.
tuu ile kalibrasyon tipi seçilir.
There is two types of calibration. Load Calibration and according to the Loadcells certificates (mV/V) calibration. Additionally there is a coefficient
calibration that known coefficient can be set to adjust calibration at anytime.
By using key the calibration type is selected.
Yüklü Kalibrasyon / Load Calibraton
tuuna baslr. Platform bo ise tuuna baslr. Eer sfrlama ilemi yaplmadan dorudan yük kalibrasyonu
bölümüne geçmek için tuuna baslr. Platform
üzerine kalibrasyon arl koyulduktan sonra tuuna baslr ve deer girilir.
Press key. If the platform is emty then press
key. If there is no need to do ZERO Calibration then key can be used to swith LOAD Calibration step.
After loading the platform press key and yhen enter the weight value to be calibrated.
Yüksüz (mV/V) Kalibrasyon / No-Load (mV/V) Calibration
mV/V deeri yük hücresi sertifikasnda yazldr. tuu ile Kapasite bölümüne geçilir. Yük hücresi etiketindeki kapasite deeri yazlr. Eer sistemde birden fazla yük
hücresi varsa kapasite deerlerinin toplam yazlr.
Yük hücresi etiketindeki çk deeri yazlr. Birden fazla yük hücresi varsa ortalamalar alnarak giri yaplr.
The mV/V value is written on the Loadcells certificate.
Press key to enter mV/V calibration with Capacity parameter.
The Capacity value (writen on the Loadcell) is entered. If there is more then one loadcell on the system then the total of the capacity is entered.
Enter the mV/V value of the Loadcell. If there is more then one loadcell then average mV/V value is entered.

Katsay ile Kalibrasyon / Coefficient Calibration
Yük ya da mV/V kalibrasyonu yapldktan sonra gerçek yük deeri ile ekranda gösterilen deer arasnda fark varsa tekrar kalibrasyon
yapmak yerine katsay girilerek düzeltme yaplabilir.
After a Load or mV/V calibration if there is a difference between screen and the weight then Coefficient Calibration is done instead of Load Calibration.
tuu ile katsay bölümüne geçilir. Katsay =(Gerçek Deer / Ekran Deeri) x Eski katsay Platform üzerine 100kg yerletirildiinde göstergede 99,8kg görülüyorsa ve eski katsay da 0,00625 ise girilmesi gereken katsay; (100 / 99,8) x 0,00625=0,00626 olarak deitirilir.
Coefficient section can be achieved by pressing key. Coefficient =(Real Value / Screen Value) x Old Coefficient If display shows 99.8kg when the platform loaded with 100kg and old coefficient is 0,00625 then the calculation is below; (100 / 99,8) x 0,00625=0,00626.

Changed by py pressing key. Press key for confirmation. Weight calibration need to be done again if dot point is
changed.

Kapasite deeri tanmlanr. Ekran deeri burada tanmlanan deeri amas durumunda LC HATA mesaj görülür. Ölçülecek maksimum arlk deeri kadar
girilmelidir. tuu ile bir basamak saa geçilir. tuu ile yanp- sönen basaman deeri bir artrlr. tuu ile onaylanr.
Device / Capacity (000000 – 999999)
Capacity value is defined. When the screen value is above this parameter then ERR-1 message is shown on
the screen. Next digit can be achieved by pressing
key and changed by key. Confirmation is done by pressing key.

Sensör (Yük Hücresi) Ayarlar / Sensor (Loadcell) Setup
Bu bölümde yük hücresi ile ilgili kazanç, çevrim hz, filtre, hareketsizlik süresi ve GLOGIC gibi deerler tanmlanr.
In this section, values such as gain related to load cell, cycle speed, filter, duration of inactivity and GLOGIC parapeters are defined.
It is the same as Relay 1 setting.
Kazanç Ayar / Gain Setup Sensör / Kazanç Ayar (1, 2, 5, 10 mV/V)
Yük hücresi kazanç deeri seçilir. Yük hücresi etiketindeki Output (Çk) mV/V deeri belirlenir.
Sensor / Gain Setup (1, 2, 5, 10 mV/V)
Loadcell gain value is selected. Output value mV/V value on the loadcell label is determined.
It is the same as Relay 1 setting.
Hz Ayar / Speed Setup Sensör / Hz Ayar (8, 15, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 960 Hz)
Saniyedeki ölçüm hz belirlenir.

The measurement speed is determined. It is the same as Relay 1 setting.

The average value of the measurement is determined. As this value increases, the instantaneous change response is delayed.
It is the same as Relay 1 setting.
G.LOGIC / G.LOGIC Sensör / G.LOGIC (YOK, AZ, COK)
Özel olarak oluturulmu filtre seçeneidir. Yok, Az ve Çok olarak 3 kademeli olarak devreye alnabilir. Çok titreimli ortamlarda ekran kararlln salamaktadr
Sensor / G.LOGIC (NONE, LOW, HIGH)
Special filtering option. 3 steps well defined filter option can be used for vibrated systems. Used to stabilize the screen value for harsh environmets.
It is the same as Relay 1 setting.
Hareketsizlik Süresi / Motion Time Sensör / Hareketsizlik Süresi (00.0 – 99.9 )
Ölçüm deerinin burada belirtilen süre kadar sabit
olmas durumunda Hareketsizlik Göstergesi aktif hale gelir.
tuu ile bir üst menüye dönülür.
Sensor / Motion Time (00.0 – 99.9 )
If the measured value is constant for the time specified here, the
Inactivity Indicator is activated.
It is the same as Relay 1 setting.

Giri-4: Boaltma izni Çk-4: Boaltma Dolum Tipi Kefe seçildii durumdur. Dolum Bala (Giri-1) sinyali geldikten sonra Balama Gecikmesi sonunda Dara Limit seçeneinden daha küçük arlk varsa dara alnr. Aksi halde dara alnmadan dolum balatlr. Çk Tipi olarak BERABER seçilmi ise Hzl Dolum (Çk-1) ve Yava Dolum (Çk-2) aktif hale gelir. SIRALI seçilmi ise sadece Hzl Dolum (Çk-1) aktif hale gelir. Hedef dolum deerine Hassas Dolum deeri kadar yaklaldnda Hzl Dolum (Çk-1) rölesi pasif konuma geçer. Hedef deerine ulaldnda Yava Dolum (Çk-2) rölesi de pasif konuma geçer. Torba Tut (Giri-3) sinyali herhangi bir zamanda verildiinde Torba Tut (Çk-3) aktif hale gelir. Boaltma zni (Giri-4) sinyali ile Boaltma (Çk-4) rölesi aktif hale gelir. Ekran deeri Sfr Band deerinden daha küçük deere geldiinde Boaltma (Çk-4) rölesi Boaltma Gecikmesi sonunda pasif hale gelir. Torba Gecikmesi süresi sonunda Torba Tut (Çk-3) rölesi pasif hale gelir. Giri-2 herhangi bir anda ON konumuna geldiinde tüm kapaklar kapanr,
baa dönülür.

Input-3: Hold Bag Signal Output-3: Bag Hold
Input-4: Discharge Signal Output-4: Discharge Valid when the FillingType is selected as Pan. After the Fill Start (Input-1) signal arrives, the Tare Limit option is tared at the end of the Start Delay. Otherwise, filling is started without tare. If the output type is set as ALL-ON, Fast Charge (Output-1) and Slow Charge (Output-2) are activated. If SEQUENCE is selected, only Fast Fill (Output-1) is activated. When the target fill value is approached to the Sensitive Fill value, the Fast Fill (Output-1) relay switches to the passive position. When the target value is reached, the Slow Stop (Output-2) relay also goes into the passive position. When Hold Bag (Input-3) signal is given at any time, Hold Bag (Output-3) is activated. The Discharge (Input- 4) signal activates the Discharge (Output-4) relay. When the display value is less than the Zero Band value, the Discharge (Exit-4) relay becomes inactive at the end of the Discharge Delay. At the end of the Bag Delay, the Bag Hold (Exit-3) relay becomes inactive. When the INPUT-2 comes ON at any ON position, all the covers are closed, turning back.
