Chili Cook-Off: Sunday, March 10, starting at 3:30 p.m. we will be holding our Second Annual Chili Cook-off. There

will be 10 different Chili’s to try and three winners will be chosen from those 10. Raffle prizes and door prizes will be

available that night. The cost will be $5.00 at the door. Proceeds will go towards the next Grace Youth Gathering.

Lent: March 13 will begin our mid-week Lenten activities. Our focus this year will be on the Psalms. We will be looking

at different themes in the Psalms and exploring how they connect to our lives. Soup Supper starting at 5:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m.

Cross-Generational Education, and 6:35 p.m. Worship.

Lenten Soup Suppers: Grace Life Board will be hosting weekly Lenten Soup suppers March 13, 20, 27 and April 3,

10. Two soups will be served each week. We are in need of volunteers to bring either soup, dessert, salad or cheese &

crackers. A sheet has been posted on the bulletin board in the hallway for you to sign-up. Questions please call Cindy

Serving the

Loaves & Fishes: Grace will once again be serving the Loaves and Fishes meal on Saturday, March 23, at the MCSA

Building, 312 Iowa Avenue (lower level). We are again in need of monetary donations to buy the supplies for our meatloaf

dinner. We will also be asking for donations of homemade cookies or bars as well as volunteers to join the fun and help

with the following: 9:00 a.m. meal preparation, 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. serving, 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. clean up. Please contact

Parking Lot Update: As approved by the Church Property Board and Council, due to congestion created and potential

damage that could occur when vehicles back from the current marked island parking spaces, effective immediately, no angle

parking will be allowed along the farmer’s field. Parallel parking will be marked later this Spring, however, if snow removal

from “island parking area” and “rear parking access driveway” fills in part of the parallel parking spaces, NO PARKING

WILL BE ALLOWED in this area. Please see diagram below posted on bulletin board in hallway. Thank you.
