Evidentemente, los T1 se fabrican sin ninguna tecnología de tejido avanzada.The T1 performance level of socks are manufactured with Merino, Cotton, Polyester... or blended fiber inside and outside of the sock with nylon in the middle, for comfort and low intensity activities. As you can see the T1 are designed without any real performance technology.

Un test de laboratorio realizado en Carolina del Norte (EEUU) demostró que el T3 combinando Coolmax® y Tencel® ofrece los mejores resultados en transporte vertical de humedad y absorción del sudor, comparado con una variedad de hilos tradicionales utilizados en calcetines deportivos. Se concluye que una persona utilizando la combinación de hilos T3 puede obtener un mejor rendimiento que utilizando calcetines con fibras tradicionales.An independent lab test conducted in North Carolina (U.S.A.) showed that the T3 combination of CoolMax® & Tencel® fibers provided the best results in vertical wicking and moisture absorption, when compared with a variety of traditional yarns used in the construction of athletic socks. LA SELECCIóN LORPEN PARA TECHNOLOGY

Fibras Naturales:

Tencel® es una fibra de celulosa de Lenzing que proviene de árboles de Eucalipto de plantación sostenible certificada. La nanoestructura del Tencel® ofrece un transporte, acumulación, expansión y secado de la humedad ex-cepcional.

merino La lana de oveja Merino, por la mayor longitud (65-100 mm) y el menor diámetro de sus fibras (menos de 24 micras), da como resultado un hilo más suave y de rizo más fino que resulta más agradable en contacto con la piel. El núcleo de la fibra es hidrófilo (retiene la humedad) y transpirable. Al ser una fibra que calienta incluso húmeda, es la fibra intermedia en los calcetines Trilayer® Lor-pen para temperaturas más frías.

Fibras Sintéticas:

Coolmax® es una fibra poliéster de Invista&Advansa® que por su estructura interna acanalada transporta muy eficientemente el sudor de la piel al exterior del calcetín.

eco Hilo Poliéster desarrollado por Primaloft® (nº1 mundial en aislante térmico artificial en prendas técnicas) que mezcla un 30% de fibras de Primaloft® y un 70% de poliéster reciclado post-consumo. Resulta una fibra suave, térmicamente aislante, hidrófoba que expulsa y no absorbe humedad.

THE LORPEN SELECTION FOR TECHNOLOGY

Natural Fibres:

Tencel® is a cellulose Lenzing fibre which comes from Euca-lyptus plants on certified sustainable plantations. Tencel®’s nano-structure provides exceptional wicking, accumulation, expansion and drying of moisture.

merino The longer (65-100 mm) and thinner (less than 24 microns) wool from the Merino sheep produces a softer yarn with a finer rib which feels wonderful to the touch. The core of the yarn is hydrophilous (retains moisture) and breathable. The yarn provides warmth even when wet and is the intermediate layer in Lorpen Trilayer® socks for cooler temperatures.

Synthetic Fibres:

Coolmax® is a polyester yarn from Invista&Advansa with channels to efficiently transport moisture away from the skin to the outside of the sock.

eco Polyester yarn developed by Primaloft® (world leader in artifi-cial thermal insulation in technical clothing) which combines 30% Primaloft® fibres with 70% recycled post-consumer polyester. The result is a soft, thermal insulated hydrophobic fibre which expels rather than absorbs moisture.

Se trata de una fibra de polipropileno que lleva un tratamiento anti-bacterial aplicado en su núcleo. Su principal propiedad es que seca a gran veloci-dad ofreciendo una buena sensación térmica y de confort.

Mezcla de 50% fibra poliéster Primaloft® y 50% de fina Lana Me-rino en el proceso de hilado, que aglutina en una sola fibra la capacidad de aislante térmico de la fibra sintética y la suavidad y poder calorífico de la natural.

Very lightweight polyester with hollow core developed by Invista/Advansa®, whose key hydrophobic property retains body heat and expels moisture away from the skin.

Intimate fibre blend:

La pasión por la naturaleza nos viene de nacimiento, y nuestras innovaciones en calcetines técnicos tienen exigentes testadores entre nuestro personal y un magnífico escenario de pruebas simplemente saliendo de nuestra fábrica y ascendiendo a las montañas vecinas o acercándonos en un par de horas a las estaciones de esquí de los Pirineos.
