Year One: Experience a Global BusinessWorking through a structured two-year programme, candidates will spend time across a range of departments working on allocated projects, including:

Thailand, Miami or Canada?Following completion of one year with the business, the candidate will have the opportunity to experience work in one of our overseas corporate offices: Thailand, Miami or Canada.

Year Two: Define Your Career PathYear two will focus on defining a career path dependent on what area of the business is best suited to the candidate. Part of this plan will also be to decide what type of qualifications could be gained that will help develop skills for their role; this could be anything from an Open University Degree to the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Salary and BenefitsCandidates will start on an annual salary of £12,000 p.a., as of September 2017 and subject to an annual salary review. Belzona will also cover costs for any agreed qualifications. You will be eligible for our wide range of company benefits which include life assurance, private health cover, Cycle to Work scheme and much more.

Laura Smith — CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGERLaura Smith joined in 2007 as a Marketing Assistant, worked for the next few years developing through the Department to Marketing Executive, and then onto Marketing Manager, responsible for the marketing activities across the Europe & Africa region. More recently in 2013,

Laura joined a newly formed department called Corporate Development and now works on a wide range of projects both internally and alongside our Distributor network including events, motivation, and communications.

James Sykes — PRODUCTION MANAGERJames Sykes started in 1999 as an R&D Technician, assisting with developing new products. James then took a role as a Process Control Chemist and, more recently, has moved across to the manufacturing side of the business with his current role as Production Manager. James is now responsible for the forward planning of the production area to supply to our global Distributor network.
