A Grade I listed building, Over-Seas House, London, offers visitors splendid period function rooms which are ideal for holding everything from small syndicate workshops to major conferences, corporate celebrations, private dinner parties, birthdays and wedding receptions. Seven meeting and function rooms are available, with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests whilst others seat between 2 and 50 people.
The Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) is a unique, not-for-profit, private membership organisation dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding within the Commonwealth community and beyond. It has a long history of welcoming diplomats, travellers, writers and business people to work, relax and exchange ideas.

The Hall of India and Pakistan is our largest function room. The original floor to ceiling wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for a variety of events including conferences, meetings and fine dining. The room has an optional partition which forms two smaller meeting rooms making it ideal for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. This room is fully air conditioned.
Hall of India and Pakistan
The Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with integrated audio-visual facilities and superb acoustics making it ideal for conferences, concerts and presentations. By night the room has an impressive deep blue lighting which sets off the atmosphere for a fine dining dinner with dance floor or a cocktail reception. This room is fully air conditioned.

The stunning Rutland Room is decorated with an elegant, traditional decor, featuring a fire place by John Rysbrack and full length windows which overlook outstanding views of our private garden and Green Park. The Rutland Room can be used in conjunction with the adjoining Bennet-Clark room if extra space is required.

This bright and airy room has large gold mirrors and fantastic views over Green Park. An ideal venue for small meetings and dining and can be used with the adjoining Rutland Room as a refreshment room or breakout area.

The Evelyn Wrench room is situated at the top of our magnificent James Gibbs staircase on the first floor. This superb room named after the founder of ROSL has a fantastic skylight with a low hanging chandelier and a two tier chimney piece. This room is ideal as a breakout room, meeting room or for private dining.

The smallest of the banqueting rooms, the Park Room is situated on the ground floor with large bay windows overlooking our private garden and Green Park. It can be used for small meetings or intimate dining.
