PAYMENTYou agree to release payment within Upwork.com of 10% ($<>) of the total agreed upon amount upon completion of the first round of drafts. The remaining amount will be released upon finalization of the design and .zip package upload. This will only occur with your written approval of the design in Upwork.com chat.

COMMUNICATIONWe can communicate via any method you prefer. This includes but is not limited to Skype (spiderbyte87), WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or personal/business email. For legal reasons, however, you will be asked to use Upwork.com chat in certain circumstances. This is for records keeping in order to protect you as the client and myself as the freelancer in the case of a dispute which must be mediated by Upwork.

COPYRIGHTAll finalized designs are owned by you. By accepting to hire me for this logo design, you agree to allow me to feature the final design in my online portfolios including but not limited to Upwork.com.

MY LOGO DESIGN PROCESS

RESEARCH:I always start with my initial interview with a questions to get the ball rolling in the right direction. Questions may be design preference specific, or include requests for additional specific information about your organization and what it offers.

DRAFTS:The first drafts will be delivered within 12 hours. These are meant to provide us with an initial design direction. Drafts are going to be rough, so feel free to reject them and send me back to the drawing board.

REFINEMENT:This involves tweaking the form, fonts, and colors to perfection. I offer unlimited revisions until the “no longer than” date mentioned below. Communication is crucial during the refinement process, so please be prepared to commit at least 15-30 minutes per day to chat with me about your logo.

FINALIZATION:Upon your approval of the logo, you will be provided an uncompressed .zip package containing the finalized logo and business card template in 300 DPI .png file format, .svg (vector) format project files and fonts, as well as any other graphics-based file format requested.

The finalized package will contain versions of the logo in:
