October 27, 2016 To whom it may concern. The College and Career EXPO Committee is pleased to announce that planning is underway for this year’s event – March 24, 2017, at College of the Sequoias. The College and Career EXPO offers Tulare and Kings County high school students career-oriented competitions in which over 600 students compete for prizes and recognition. From AgriScience to Video Production and Business to Welding, EXPO competitions showcase students that are truly interested in a particular field of study. Expo 2017 provides community and business leaders like you an opportunity to support and connect with education in an exciting way. By becoming an EXPO 2017 Competition Sponsor, you can reward students for their focus and interest in your field. Sponsors have the option to judge the competition, have an exhibition booth on the COS quad, and/or name the completion for their business. We are asking Competition Sponsors for a donation of $500 to cover the awards for a selected competition. Alternatively, sponsors may make a general contribution to the College and Career EXPO event. Sponsors are welcome and encouraged to attend the event on March 24. Enclosed you will find a list of the competitions and a simple fax response sheet.
