Welcome to National Leadership Development Conference Singapore 2014!

At the largest annual national conference of AIESEC

Singapore, you can expect to experience 5 days of intensity in learning, participating, enjoying and growing through the fruitful sessions organized and planned by the dedicated

facilitators and enthusiastic organizing committee.

The theme "AIESECers Creating Possibilities, Leaving Legacies" will allow you to reach out of your comfort zone and create

more possibilities. It will allow you to understand purpose of AIESEC as an organization and AIESEC 2015 and to see

possibilities as an AIESECer and be bold to create them. Also committed and excited to make AIESEC 2015 goal happen and

leave your legacy. As such the theme sets direction for the agenda and special events which are planned to bring the

objectives of NLDC 2014 out and complete your conference experience with memories to last long.

The organising committee, known as the Young AIESEC Warriors has worked together to create and ensure that delegates will have an enjoyable, valuable,

unique and rewarding conference experience. In addition to AIESEC functional sessions, you can look forward to connect with speakers from Microsoft, Google

and AirAsia and many more at the Youth To Business Forum.

Not forgetting our Global Village, where you will be able to experience cultural diversity and exciting performances. We’ll also celebrate our success at the

AIESEC Oscars Night and hear some inspirational stories. With a post-conference day, we will end off with an Amazing Tour where you will be going

around Singapore famous and attractive places.

Lastly, with the plenty of learning opportunities, possibilities and excitement-packed events lined up, we invite you to co-create that epic lifetime conference
