1Our loading and unloading equipment provides excellent ergonomics and high transport safety. Take, for example, the safety mechanism on the transport trolleys which prevent your goods from rolling away and lets you connect the carts to the Washer-Disinfector. The transport equipment is designed with hygiene in mind, with easy-to-wipe surfaces and good drip off.

Transport trolleyThe transport trolley is used for docking and locking the carts to the machine

or the loading/unloading point. By releasing the handle, the wash-cart is eas-

ily transfered into the chamber of the washer-disinfector. The handle can be

placed on the right hand side or the left hand side. In dryer environments, for

example on the clean side, a transport trolley without drain may be sufficient.

The 4 swivel wheels make the transport trolley easy to maneuver.

Maximum loading weight: 75 kgs.

Transport trolley with drain and bottleThe transport trolley is used for docking and locking the carts to the machine

MIs-wash cartThe complete MIS-wash cart offers a high ca-

pacity and built-in flexibility. The wash cart has

2 wash levels with an additional ramp system on top.

The ramp system consists of one straight central ramp

with 8 injector bodies with Ø 15 mm, 8 injector bodies

with Ø 20 mm and 4 injector bodies with Ø 29 mm. An

additional 4 open injector bodies (Ø 4 mm) and 4 closed

injector bodies (Ø 4 mm) are mounted as well.

On the sides of this ramp, you have 20 silicon jets fitted

with flexible silicone hoses, six of which are fitted with

6-8 mm male luer jets and another six with nipples. The

two angled side ramps with discharge holders are fitted

with 16 injector bodies (Ø 11,5 mm) with silicone covers.

Universal wash rack, L-shapedThis L-shaped rack is mounted in the back of the lower basic

cart.

This L-shaped ramp consist of 2 holders for canulas, 4 injection pipes

(Ø 4 mm), 6 hoses with nipples. An additional 5 screwed outputs are

plugged and can be removed for use when necessary. Additional connec-

tions with injectors and silicone hoses are available, see page 22.

Universal wash rack, L-shaped for tubular instrumentsThis L-shaped rack is mounted in the front-side of the lower basic

rack is equipped with an instrument ramp for 10 tubular instruments on

MIs instrument rampThe MIS instrument ramp is a sub-accessory

for the OP-wash cart. The ramp is connected

to the wash cart by removing one spray arm and wash

level. The ramp has 22 wide injector bodies (eight 20

mm bore + eight 15 mm bore and six injectors with

caps, 11.5 mm bore) and another 8 injectors (Ø 4 mm).

Additionally, the MIS instrument ramp has 30 threaded

connections with flexible silicone jets, which can be fit-

ted with silicone hoses.

5Getinge has a wide range of anesthesia carts. Carts for integrated drying or for separate drying in a drying cabinet – all fitted with a variable number of injectors for bags, bellows, suction bottles and smaller hoses.

Getinge AN-wash carts provide excellent cleaning results by filling the hoses from below. The drying process in the spiral cart is also optimal because the spiral placement of the hoses provides excellent drip-off.

Our unique AN-cart for separate drying in a drying cabinet is used with Getinge’s cassette system. It boosts the Washer-Disinfector’s capacity compared with integrated drying!

AN-spiral wash cart for integrated dryingAN spiral wash carts offer a high-capacity solution with its 12 hose

connections for hoses of an inner connection Ø of 8-30 mm and a

maximal length 1500 mm. An additional 15 injectors (L=102 mm),

15 injectors (L= 30 mm), 6 injectors for breathing bags and 2 injec-

tors for bellows are mounted. There is also an insert on the central

pipe for mounting a tray for masks (see article 500740900 on page

29 , to be ordered separately).

Note, when using this AN-wash cart in 46-3 the recommendation is

to dry the hoses in a separate drying cabinet.

Getinge 363 drying cabinetsThe drying cabinet is an excellent complement to a washer-disinfec-

tor when you need to add more capacity. As standard, the cabinet

is delivered with 9 shelves for instrument trays. Additionally, you can

order cassettes to dry AN hoses and bellows. Maximum capacity is

6 cassettes (see available cassettes on the following page).

adding a suitable cassette depending on type of laboratory goods.

The injection cart is suitable for both single door and pass-through models.

46-5, is a basic cart for adding a suitable cassette depending on type of

bottle cassette DUrAN bottles 100-1000 mlThe glass cassette can be placed in any of the injection carts above. It is

fitted with 28 holes with a capacity of up to 28 DURAN bottles depending on

Glass cassette for mixed laboratory glassThe glass cassette can be placed in any of the injection carts above. It is

fitted with 28 rilsan coated injectors. 14 of them consist of three holders

with a length of 170 mm and one injection pipe with a length of 160 mm

quired free loading height is 515 mm. Minimum diameter

is 148 mm. The injection cart is suitable for both single
