Double-stack shelving systems in 1000 and 1300 unit widths make optimum use of the room height. This gives you twice as much storage capacity as with a single-stack layout.

The non-screwed, slot-together assembly of all the basic components enables simple and fast installation, even for a double-stack set-up. An extension unit is fitted to the lower shelf supports, extending them upwards. The dimensions of the shelving system are determined by the dimensions of the shelving units given.

Shelving systems 300, disassembled5 or 6 shelves in slot-together system. Easy to assemble and to equip with partitions and shelf dividers, rear panels, drawers and shelf front cover strips. Shelves, galvanised and slotted. Basic unit including 1 diagonal brace, 2 pairs of shelf supports and 4 horizontal braces, add-on unit including 1 pair of shelf supports and 2 horizontal braces. Specification: steel sheet, galvanised.

Note: from the third add-on unit, an additional diagonal brace is required (see p. 156).

Diagonal brace arrangement: the load capacities only apply when, for 6 shelf units or more, 2 shelf units or at least every fifth shelf unit is fitted with rear panels or 1 diagonal brace per 3 units.

Safety instructionsUnits with a depth to height ratio greater than 1:5 (1:4 for units with hinged doors and for single units with drawers) must be anchored. Floor anchoring see page 156.

Pair of shelf supportsA pair of shelf supports consists of 2 shelf supports and 2 base plates (without horizontal braces). Slots 25 mm apart for attaching shelf supports at any height. The parts (supports, base plates) are supplied loose. Including screw fittings. Specification: Shelf supports 40 x 40 mm made from C profile cold-rolled, 6 edge turns for high stability, galvanised. Base plate, galvanised. Max. load capacity 2800 kg

Horizontal bracesCombined with 2 shelf supports each, the horizontal braces form the side frame. Specification: steel sheet, galvanised.

Diagonal braceUsed instead of rear panels to stabilise units lengthwise. Including screw fasteners. Specification: Steel, galvanised. Number of diagonal braces see planning notes p. 155.

Dividers for shelvesFor subdividing slotted shelves. Specification: steel sheet. Colour: pigeon grey, NCS S 4502-B.

Shelves, slottedWith rows of slots at the front and rear, distance between slots 25 mm. The shelves are folded 4 x 90° on the long sides and 2 x 90° on the short sides: For reasons of stability and to prevent injuries. Shelf height 38 mm. Including 2 shelf supports per shelf. Specification: steel sheet, galvanised.

Shelf dividersFor subdividing slotted shelves. The height of the shelf dividers, slotted in at the top and the bottom, depends on the distance between the shelves. Specification: steel sheet. Colour: pigeon grey, NCS S 4502-B. Top edge of shelf to top edge = height of the partitions.

DrawersCan be installed in the shelving units at any time. Drawer load capacity 50 kg with an evenly distributed load. Including preassembled, fully extendable pull-outs and screw fittings. Specification: solid-walled steel construction. Colour: as per colour chart.

Caution: single units to be fitted with drawers must be anchored according to the assembly instructions.
