FIRST STEP
Each Club President assembles a Club ME Team
Consisting of
1. Club President
2. We Serve Expert
3. Club Success Expert
4. Maximum Effort Expert
Club ME Team
Establish realistic goals for:
A. Increased service,
B. Enhanced membership satisfaction,
C. Induction of New Members,
and
D. Extension of New Clubs.
We Serve Expert
• Complete a Community Needs Assessment
• Promote new hands-on service projects
• Evaluate effectiveness of current Service Projects
Club Success Expert
• Promote Club Meeting improvement in order to enhance membership satisfaction.
• Chair the Program Committee• Schedule Guest Speakers for each
meeting• Focus on member involvement
Maximum Effort Expert
• Focus on Retention through involvement of all members
• Identify members who have withdrawn in the past 5 years and invite them to join in our renewed effort to serve
• Identify and promote monthly targeted membership efforts
• Organize Quarterly

Goals of Pilot Program
1. One New Hands On Service Project per Club2. Net Growth for 2010-11 of 10 members per club 3. Decrease of average club age by 10 years4. Each Club has a delegation at the District and State
Convention.5. Improved Club Rating scores (Second survey to be
completed June, 2011)6. Creation of club website and social media group for
each club7. Monthly newspaper, radio, television or billboard
coverage of events.8. Identify areas for extension of club opportunities and
explore creative methods of extension.
