Pattern: 40672 SKILL LEVEL: Easy SIZE 16" x 64" [40.5 x 162.5 cm] MATERIALS • LION BRAND Lion Suede 1 ball #140 Rose (A) 1 ball #146 Fuchsia (B) 1 ball #132 Olive (C) 1 ball #126 Coffee (D) 1 ball #125 Mocha (E) 1 ball #147 Eggplant (F) 1 ball #178 Teal (G) 1 ball #133 Spice (H) 1 ball #110 Denim (I) or colors of your choice • LION BRAND size I-9 [5.5 mm] crochet hook OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE • LION BRAND large-eyed, blunt needle GAUGE 12 sc + 11 rows = 4” [10 cm]. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

TRIANGLE – Make 24 Note Make 3 each with A, B, C, D, E, and F; 2 each with G, H, and I. Ch 4. Row 1 (right side) Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across; turn – 3 sc. Row 2 Ch 1, 2 sc in first sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in last sc; turn – 5 sc. Row 3 Ch 1, sc in each sc across; turn – 5 sc. Row 4 Ch 1, 2 sc in first sc, sc in each sc across to last sc, 2 sc in last sc; turn – 7 sc. Rows 5-20 Repeat Rows 3-4 – 23 sc at end of Row 20. Rows 21-22 Repeat Row 3. Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. FINISHING With large-eyed, blunt needle and tails, sew Triangles together following Construction Diagram.

FRINGE Cut 20 strands, each 18" [45.5 cm] long, of each of A, B, C, D, E, and F. For each fringe along one end of Shawl, use 2 strands each of A, B, and C (6 strands total for each fringe). For each fringe along other end of Shawl, use 2 strands each of D, E, and F. To attach each fringe, fold strands in half and, with crochet hook, pull fold through Shawl, forming a loop. Pull ends of fringe through this loop. Pull to tighten. Attach fringes evenly across each end of Shawl.
