ISTRUZIONI PRELIMINARIMATERIALI ED ATTREZZI NECESSARI

1. Le operazioni di assemblaggio e installazione manutenzione e smantellamento devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualificato.

2. Si raccomanda di operare sempre e solo con la giusta illuminazione, evitando zone d’ombra e luci abbaglianti.3. È fatto obbligo al personale che installa, esegue manutenzione o dismette l’impianto, l’uso precauzionale di

protezioni individuali, quali ad esempio imbracature e guanti.4. Il Trolley Elite deve essere installato su macchine dotate di almeno un dispositivo di arresto di emergenza che

consenta di evitare situazioni di pericolo (requisiti dettati dal paragrafo 9.2.5.4.0 della norma EN 60204-1)5. Prima di ogni operazione di installazione, manutenzione o smantellamento, valutare sempre, la dislocazione di

dispositivi di comando (pulsantiere e pannelli di controllo) e la presenza di vie di fuga.6. Il carrello tirarame è indispensabile, qualsiasi sia la lunghezza della linea.7. L’aspo svolgirame risulta di utilità solo in caso di montaggio di linee con lunghezza superiore a 100 m. (dato

il notevole peso del conduttore, risulterebbe poco agevole e insicura un’installazione in mancanza dell’aspo svolgirame).

8. Le barre di profilo (art.P1) sono dotate di diciture e indicazioni solo su un lato. L’installatore deve avere l’accortezza di assemblare le barre mantenendo le diciture sempre sullo stesso lato; così facendo viene posizionato automaticamente il contro-piolo che impedisce l’inserimento del carrello in posizioni errate.

9. Dare tensione all’apparato solo dopo aver controllato il suo buon funzionamento.

L’IDENTIFICAZIONE DELLE FASI DI CONNESSIONE DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATA OBBLIGATORIAMENTE DALL’INSTALLATORE DELLA LINEA, UTILIZZANDO LE APPOSITE ETICHETTE FORNITE

La linea TROLLEY ELITE è stata progettata, costruita ed equipaggiata in modo da limitare le cause di intervento degli operatori. Il TROLLEY ELITE non richiede particolari e difficili operazioni di manutenzione. Attenendosi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni di seguito elencate, si otterrà la massima funzionalità e la massima durata del prodotto.- Dopo i primi tre mesi dalla messa in funzione della linea d’alimentazione, verificare il perfetto allineamento

delle barre e che il TROLLEY ELITE sia parallelo alle rotaie dell’impianto (gru, carroponte, etc..).- Ogni sei mesi controllare che i pattini di contatto abbiano una sporgenza dal lato esterno del carrello di almeno

5 mm: in caso contrario si rende necessaria la sostituzione dei pattini e/o delle molle.- Ad ogni operazione di manutenzione verificare lo scorrimento del carrello nelle sedi: se queste ultime

risultassero occluse da polvere o altro, rimuovere il materiale ostruente.- Accertarsi che la cerniera del traino sia oliata.- Durante ogni operazione evitare l’uso di mezzi impropri (colpi di martello, etc..).

NOTA: per sfilare il carrello si può rimuovere il terminale di chiusura, oppure se è stato montato l’apposito “blocco inserimento carrello”, è sufficiente smontare lo stesso (art. P12).

TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONI DEVONO VENIRE EFFETTUATE AD IMPIANTI FERMI E NON SOTTO TENSIONE.

1 Posizionare le sospensioni P2 nelle apposite mensole, senza serrare completamente i dadi per permettere il corretto allineamento della linea.

2 Inserire le barre di PVC nelle sospensioni e spingere verso l’alto fino a far scattare i bordi inferiori del profilo nelle apposite sedi delle sospensioni.

3 Posizionare le due metà del giunto P4 facendo combaciare le tacche con le fresate sulle estremità del profilo. Unire le due metà del giunto per mezzo dei dadi M6 e fissare il giunto alla mensola. Il giunto di blocco P4 va posizionato sulla prima giunzione dopo l’alimentazione. Nel caso di alimentazione centrale, i giunti di blocco sono due, posizionati sulle prime giunzioni a destra e a sinistra dell’alimentazione.

4 Unire le restanti barre tramite il giunto P3. Posizionare le due metà del giunto facendo combaciare le tacche con le fresate sulle estremità del profilo, unire le due metà del giunto e premere fino a far scattare in posizione entrambe le molle.

5 Procedere con l’inserimento del rame nel profilo una fase (bandella di rame) per volta.- Fissare la vite M5x20 a testa svasata nell’apposito foro

svasato della bandella di rame.- Inserire il rame nella sede per profilo in PVC e tramite la

vite tirare il rame per tutta la lunghezza della linea.- Per linee lunghe si consiglia utilizzare il carrello tira-rame

inserendo la vite nella sede vuota della fase del carrello: tirando il carrello si tira così la vite e di conseguenza il rame.

- Per sostenere la matassa di rame, si consiglia l’uso dell’aspo svolgi-rame, specialmente per le linee lunghe

6 Una volta infilate tutte le fasi di rame posizionare la scatola di alimentazione di testa P6, bloccandola al profilo per mezzo dell’apposita vite.- Piegare il rame infilando i fori sulle viti stampate nella

scatola.- Serrare i dadi delle viti per bloccare il rame.- Identificare le fasi con le etichette fornite (la fase terra è

identificata all’esterno del profilo con una banda gialla, per le altre fasi copiare la numerazione presente sul carrello P8).

- Chiudere la scatola di alimentazione con il suo coperchio.

7 Procedere con l’inserimento del carrello P8 dalla parte del terminale di chiusura. Sul carrello è presente un piolo che obbliga l’inserimento con la terra dal lato corretto.

8 Chiudere la linea con il terminale P5 bloccandolo sul profilo con l’apposita vite.

9 Installare sul carroponte il braccio di traino da infilare sul carrello, per trascinarlo lungo tutta la linea.

10 Nel caso di linee con lunghezza superiore a 80m, si consiglia l’uso della molla di dilatazione P10. Il giunto utilizzato per la molla deve essere posizionato sull’ultima giunzione vicino al terminale P5. Nel caso di più molle, una va posizionata sempre sull’ultima giunzione a fine linea, e le altre posizionate in modo da suddividere equamente la linea in tratti uguali.- Per installare la molla P10:montare il giunto P4 fornito (questo non va fissato alla mensola), agganciare la molla, agganciare la catena alla molla e mettere in tensione agganciando la catena a una sospensione P2 per mezzo del gancio a S fornito. La tensione va data sempre tirando il giunto nero verso il terminale di chiusura.

PRELIMINARY INSTRUCTIONMATERIAL AND TOOLS NECESSARY

1. The operations of installations and assemblage must be executed only from qualified staff.2. It’s raccomanded to work ever and only with the right lighting, to shun the shade and dazzling Iight.3. It’s obbligatory, for the people that install, to make maintenance or dismantling, to use the personal protection

such as: slinging, elmet and glove.4. The TROLLEY ELITE may be installed on machine equipped with a safety device that allow to avoid a danger

(requisite of par. 9.2.5.4.0 of EN 6024-1).5. To check, before ever operation of installation, maintenance or dismantling, the position of control device

(push-button and control panel) and the presence of escape way.6. The guide-conductor trolley is essential for every line lenght.7. The unrolkopper swift is necessary only when there are line with lenght over 100 m (because the roll of copper

becomes hard to hold up).8. The bars of PVC are furnished of wording and indications only one side. The operators have to assemble the

bars with the all wording on the same side; in order to facilitate the mounting of the line and to prevent the wrong insertion of the trolley.

9. To give voltage to the contrivance only after have controlled the right working.

IDENTIFICATION OF LOGON PHASES MUST BEOBLIGATORY DONE FROM THE PERSON WHOMOUNT THE LINE USING THE APPROPRIATESUPPLIED LABELS.

The TROLLEY ELITE line is projected, built and fitted, to limit the intervention of the operators. The TROLLEY ELITE doesn’t need particular and difficult operation of maintenance. If you follow the indication you can obtain the best functionality and the best duration of the line.- After three month, verify the perfect alignment of the line; verify that the TROLLEY ELITE is parallel to the rail

of the machine (crane, etc.).- Every six month check that the sliding shoes sticks out about 5 mm, or else it’s necessary to replace the sliding

shoes and the spring.- During every operation of maintenance, verify the sliding of the trolley in the bars; or else removethe dust and

every thing that can block up the sliding of the trolley.- Verify that the hinge of the towing arm is olied.- During every operation is forbbiden to used improper means ( as hammer-stroke, etc.).

N.B.: To dismantle the trolley is possible remove the closing end or, if the “trolley insertion” art. P.12 is mounted, is possible remove it.

EVERY OPERATION OF MAINTENANCE MUST BE EFFECTED WITH EVERY EQUIPMENT STOPPED AND WITHOUT TENSION.

1 Place the suspensions P2 in the proper brackets, without completely tightening the nuts, to allow the correct alignment of the line.

2 Insert the PVC bars into the suspensions and push upwards until the lower edges of the profile snap into the proper seats of the suspensions.

3 Place the two halves of joint P4 by fitting together the notches with the grooves on the ends of the profile. Join the two halves of the joint by means of the nuts M6 and fix the joint to the bracket. The blocking joint P4 must be placed on the first junction after the feeding. In the case of central feeding, the blocking joints are two, placed on the first junctions on the right and on the lefty of the feeding.

4 Join the remaining bars by means of the joint P3. Place the two halves of the joint by fitting together the notches with the grooves on the ends of the profile, join the two halves of the joint and press until both springs snap into place.

5 Insert the copper into the profile, one phase (copper strip) at a time. - Fix the countersunk head screw M5x20 in the proper

countersunk hole of the copper strip.- Insert the copper into the seat for the PVC profile and

by means of the screw, pull the copper along the entire length of the line.

- For long lines it is advisable to use the conductor guiding trolley by inserting the screw into the empty seat of the trolley phase, pulling the trolley, thus pulling the screw and consequently the copper.

- To support the copper skein, especially for long lines, it is advisable to use the reel to unwind copper.

6 Once all copper phases are inserted, place the head feeding box P6, locking it to the profile by means of the proper screw. - Bend the copper by inserting the holes on the screws

pressed in the box. - Tighten the screw nuts to lock the copper.- Identify the phases with the labels provided (the earth

phase is identified by a yellow band outside the profile, for the other phases copy the numbering present on the trolley P8).

- Close the feeding box with its cover.

7 Insert the trolley P8 from the side of the closing end. A tooth on the trolley obliges the insertion with the earth from the correct side.

8 Close the line with the closing end P5 locking it on the profile with the proper screw.

9 Install on the overhead crane the towing arm to be inserted on the trolley, to drag it along the entire line.

10 In the case of lines longer than 80m, it is advisable to use the expansion spring P10. The joint used for the spring must be placed on the last junction next to the closing end P5. In the case of multiple springs, one must always be placed on the last junction at the end of the line, and the others must be placed in order to equally divide the line in equal sections.- To install the spring P10:mount the joint P4 provided (this must not be fixed to the bracket), hook the spring, hook the chain to the spring and put in tension by hooking the chain to a suspension P2 by means of the provided S hook. Tension must always be given by pulling the black joint towards the closing end.
